September 11th Video Project

Hello all,
Let me introduce you to what I am doing. In my history class, we were assigned a project to do a movie about an event in American history. Now, my teacher is one of these left-wing whackos who bashes the President each time he gets a chance to, yet he calls himself a "centrist" (you've got to love these people). Anyway, instead of coming up with some stupid life in the 60s video which a group wanted me to be a part of, I decided to do an individual "short documentary" (7-8 minutes, so it's not really a real documentary, just a summery) on the events of September 11th and beyond.
I don't want to hold back. So far, I have footage of the WTC attacks, footage of the Pentagon, and a clip where President Bush is giving a speech. As well, I have footage/pictures of these "anti-war" people and some of their anti-American messages. A fellow student even sent me a clip of a man jumping out of a window of the WTC and suggested that I use that to show people what kind of hell these victims were going through.
What I'm asking from you all is if you can contribute in any way. Be it a video clip, pictures, a quote from our national leaders, or any other advice. I really want to hit home with this and wake people up to what happened that day because some of these kids (and adults) have truly forgotten what happened that day and what is at stake today.
This video is for educational purposes only. No money is going to be made off it. Thus, I believe fair use issue of Copywrite laws are at use. Either way, every source I use will be documented in the film credits.
Thank you for your time.

You're welcome!
Notice that the person holding the sign is not showing his face...perhaps the sign is too big or perhaps he is not as dumb as his political leaning.
Nah, he's just a big, old coward!

By the way, how did you get the link to be usable, when you used other HTML on your reply? That's why mine didn't show up.

Wow...that's powerful! I haven't forgotten, and I wonder how so many others have. And for the life of me, I can't figure out why any person who had a family member or close friend perish that day could ever side with someone like John Kerry or Ted Kennedy or Clinton or any of those dems after that day. The Dems brought nothing but trouble and disgrace to our country.
It's worse than that. Much worse than disgrace. You can recover from disgrace. The almighty left wing made us look totally impotent to the terrorist groups. We never did a damn thing about the attacks on us. They think us weak. They think we will take any attack they send us. Well by God, we WON'T! Not anymore! And the UN can kiss my entire.......well, you know.

Same here. I'm only 32. I didn't reenlist because I was in when slick willie was running us into the ground. I couldn't wait to get out. I have seriously considered going back, but I have 3 kids now and a wife. I'm not sure if I could stand a 80% pay cut! LOL.
Sometimes I feel guilty that I'm living such a comfortable life, when my friends and family are searching for Al Queda in Afganistan or patroling the cities of Iraq.
We thank GOD for men/women who chose to reenlist or even sign-up to serve during these times. It sure humbles you when you think about it. I mention this to people at work when they complain to me about their pathetic problems...it usually shuts them up quick...and they just "drive-on".

If you really want to explore the root causes of 911 (and all islamic terrorist attacks against the west), you need to get some video of the islamists preaching "death to the west" straight from the koran.
Sorry I can't send you to sources, though.

www.god-bless-america.org has many patriotic pictures and audio clips. Also if you go about a quarter of the way down the page and click on the picture of the twin towers about to get hit with the second plane that has the words 'never forget' on it you will get a page with downloads available on some of the speeches President Bush made in the two weeks following 9/11(my favorite being his speech at ground zero to the firefighters...I think they are all in wav format).

I don't know what I did, it's magic to me! I just copy & pasted your info. Funny thing is that sometimes when I try to make a link, it comes out the same way yours did. I have no idea why it works sometimes and not others.

Perhaps someone has already suggested this, but the song "Have you forgotten?" by (I think) Darryl Worley, would make a good introduction and/or title for your film. Words are posted (along with singer's name) on yesterday's Operation Infinite FReep, Columbia, MO report.

We DO thank God for them.....every single day! Prayer is powerful. Do not feel guilty about not re-enlisting! When Clinton was in, we in the military KNEW what was going on! He not only didn't support the military, he really didn't give a damn about the military. Teddy's quote: "Lie after lie after lie after lie" He oughtta know!

I went back to a reply page and read this;
[This forum allows optional use of most HTML tags. If your post does not contain HTML, it will be converted to HTML when posted, retaining paragraphs as typed. This conversion is not performed if you have anything resembling an HTML tag in your text.]
I have been using paragraph HTML, and apparently I can just use the enter key for that and eliminate the HTML!! With no other HTML the links show up! LOL, I just found that out.

LOL...that's pretty good. Even though I've read it so many times, sometimes I just forget to format it the easy way. My kids would die laughing if they knew precisely how inept I am with the computer!

Well shoot, they start the kids in Kindergarten on the computers now. That format has changed, you used to have to do the 'paragraph' or 'break' HTML.
I just recently found out that you don't have to capitalize any names in the 'to' box!! That saves some time too!

**MASS REPLY TO ALL WHO POSTED ABOUT MY 9-11 VIDEO PROJECT.*** Thanks to all who helped me with my project for American History class. The video is complete and I am presenting it in class tomorrow. I want you all to see it, but I can't find a way to do so. If any of you has an idea or solution to put this 17MB .mpg file on the Internet, I would greatly appreciate it. The movie is 8 minutes long. It could have been much longer, but that was the time limit I had (as did other groups in class). I can't wait for my teacher's reaction. He's a major left-winger. Just today, he was complaining about National Security Adviser Condy Rice's testimony. He tried picking a fight with me of sort, since I was a Bush/Cheney '04 T-Shirt (I did this intentionally, knowing him and today was the day the NSA was supposed to testify). Anyway, he said she was "BSing everything." My reply, "The REAL BS is when Clinton reject Sudan's three attempts at extraditing Osama Bin Laden." That shut him up for a while. Later on, he called the President a "crack head." My reply, "He hasn't admitted to doing so (well, who knows if he did or didn't, that's in the past). But if you want a crackhead, take a look at this article from Newsmax." It was the most recent Newsmax issue with Sen. John Kerry on the cover with a quote of him saying he smoked pot after serving in Vietnam. The teacher then took magazine, and read it a bit. Finally, his last leftist-elitist comment of the day "Newsmax, huh? Never heard of it...if it's printed it must be true." I finally told him to do a search online and he'll verify the quote from any other source if he wishes.

Hope you find some way to get it on here! Would love to see it!

Alright ! It sounds like you handled yourself with the Lefty Professor real
well. Way to go. If someone is able to help in hosting that, I'd like to see it.
Congratulations. It sounds like you probably did a great job on it from your
article and your post there. I predict an A+ in your future. ;^)
