I'm agree w/ Animal. Wendy's chili used to be a lot better. If you want any heat in it at all, you have to ask for the spice packets (locally, anyway). I used 3 packets & it was still pretty tame.

I love Whoppers but I agree with the other poster. If they would wrap them in lettuce, they would have low carb and a winner!

BKs in Omaha have Low Carb Whopper "Bowls". Whopper or Double on bed of lettuce.

Besides, who the heck eats mayo on a burger anyway? I ran into that in the midwest and thought it was a regional thing.

Although the new Whopper will look almost identical to the current one, the only thing that will stay the same is the Heinz ketchup.

That's nothing, A year ago, I went to an A&W in Dearborn, MI. Large group of ten people. Each kid ordered a root beer float. Idiot behind the counter made 5 of them, passed them out and forgot to end the order on the computer screen. This Nobel Laureate proceeds to make 5 more. Finally get to the table to find three more errors. Waited while they fixed them and got back to table. Open mine up to find that the hamburger I ordered was chicken. I ate it anyway.

Now, why did ya' have to go & mention Braum's?? Great burger & their German Chocolate ice cream is to die for. Unfortunately, it's a real long drive to a Braum's from Wisconsin. :(

LOL. No, it wasn't that long ago -- it was about a 15-minute drive north of the Vermont border, in a small town called St.-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

It's a nice little town. "St. John on the Richelieu" is the English translation -- it's right alongside the Richelieu River, which runs north out of Lake Champlain to the St. Lawrence River.

I used to enjoy Jack in the Box. They had several burgers that I liked. Then they decided to alter them. They took out the special sauce and replaced it with ketchup. They advertised the change as an up grade in their product. But, I disagree. I don't even like ketchup on my fries. Now I no longer purchase their burgers.

I used to eat at Jack in the Box on a regular basis. Now, I only buy an occasional breakfast there. I wish they would go back to their old recipe. I miss how good their Sourdough Jacks used to be.
