That is weird.Not really. Remember that she has a son by her first husband which will most likely inherit those properties. She and Kerry had a prenuptial agreement when they married and Kerry was not poor by any stretch of the imagination.
I think I heard one of them explain that she was widowed and he was divorced and were both single attending some of the same social function and he began to take her to these things, and that's how they got together.
