Goodbye you cheerleading losers

A few days ago, the esteeemed host and founder of this foremerly great website invited me to do the following:

"654. To: JohnGaltfla (#367)

Oh, it's much better to go out in a blaze of glory. Martyrdom, 72 virgins, plaque on the "Great Ones" wall of fame and all that rot.

jimrobfr posted on 2004-03-19 03:29:45 ET"

Obviously, he was concerned that some of his better non-bot posters had abandoned FR for greener fields where our financial and intellectual contributions would be appreciated. It was amusing to watch former FReepers belittle, banter and blast JimRob in various forms.

I was wrong.

FR has changed.
Deal with that fact boys and girls.
Many of us grew up in a more conservative era, where our nation and our freedoms were first and foremost. Now we learn that it that is not the case. Principles are for losers according to the Bots and most of the ignorant posters here on FR. To create noise and call those of us who have been loyal to the conservative cause such creative and wonderful names as "Soros lovers", "Mobyites", "communists"(now that's a good one for those of us who have been overseas staring at AK-47's), "DUers" and names which are forbidden for me to mention but ok for the Bushbots.

The noise has driven off many of the best posters from this site. Now FR has become the Fluff of the RNC, posting such creative threads as "Pray for President Bush - Day 1276", "The Economy (Freep this poll)", " FReeper After Actions", "After Action Freep A.N.S.W.E.R. AUSTIN TX 3/20/04", etc...

It sounds more to me like everyone is proud of responding but no one has the convictions excpet for what the RNC faxes them. This election should not be about "Republican" v. "Democrat" principles. Neither party has any principles. If you morons believe that, then you are bigger fools than I thought. This is about the future of America an the viability of capitalism in this nation.

Why "FReepers" can not see this and hold "their man" to the Hamiltonian principles of limited Federal government and enhancing our freedoms by reducing dependency on any government. By controlling immigration, restructuring the tax system to pre-1916 form, and by enhancing the defense of this nation by using actions instead of words when dealing with foreign powers (little things, like enforcing the acts against nations which do business with Cuba, as Bush promised in 2000). Unfortunately you mind numbed morons don't care. If you're 401K shows a fiat currency positive figure, you're all happy as a fly in a cow pasture.

Go for it.

As Senor Cartman would say:

"Screw you guys, I'm going home"

Maybe I'm a little slow, or didn't dig deep enough, but libertypost sure the heck looks like the sort of place you'd go if you were looking for a militia to join.

Really? What has led you to that opinion?

It's like Buchanon was out one day with his chocolate bar, and he ran smack-dab into Arianna Huffington with her peanut butter...

LOL! Oh, so true. But the good thing about fringe movements is that they are only happy when they're fringe. If they ever get popular -- they'll quit.

Gosh, I hope he didn't trademark the opus. Can you imagine the licensing and royalty fees he'd earn as the Election draws near?

The hate I see displayed from the TheLosersSide is sometimes funny (after a while), but it does get old. People that spend their waking days lurking here while posting vile on another site, reminds me of a five y/o kid that has never been declipined and starving for attention. I have seen some reviews (I think over and over by the same 5 people) posted on Alexa.com on FR. Do these people have a life? To spit up bile over and over can not be healthy.

Here is a clue LPfellows or LPfellowettes. Get over it, post articles from all the weird positions you want over there and let the hate go. I know it is tough often only having 4 or 5 readers on each article you post there, but if you put as much time into news reporting as you do crying about FR not being fair then who knows, you might actually forget your unfair daily whines (with cheese to spare). Give it a try, get a life, be happy for once with the cards you have dealt yourselves. Play the cards, some play them wisely, some don't, some make the most of life, some don't. Life ain't always fair, but as far as I can tell Mr. Robinson has been more that a gentleman for far too long. Pee on the campfire too long and you have played your cards as a looser.

I have often seen trash people that get new things given to them as a gesture of good will. Here on the news a few years back a poor family was given a new trailer. It was a wonderful gesture by the church group, but later the news crew went back to the "new" home and it was a total pig pen in just a years time. What happened one wonders, well unfortunately it seems some people will take nice and destroy it no matter what, they prefer squalor. Jim will probable learn that sometimes it is best to not keep suppling playgrounds for those that will just keep trashing the site.

Goodbye looser, and as the old saying goes, don't let the door hit you on the way out. The rest of us get tired of having to look at your trash being left for Jim to pick up.

I'd like to see these pulled too.

Here's an idea: Suggest to Goldie and Neil to ask Jim to have these opera pulled! They might not get so many of our immature attention-seeking rejects if opussing here wasn't treated available as a way to get attention there.
That place sure doesn't need any more of them.

But of course the opussers wil claim they were "censored"!

This election should not be about "Republican" v. "Democrat" principles. Neither party has any principles. If you morons believe that, then you are bigger fools than I thought. This is about the future of America an the viability of capitalism in this nation.

After the election of 2004 either the Democrat nominee, presumably Sen. John F. Kerry, or the Republican nominee, President George W. Bush, will be President of the United States, barring some tragedy. The House of Representatives and the Senate will again be shared by these two parties. That is the political reality.

You can help keep the Democrats out or you can help them get in. If you had served in the Armed Forces in a similar time and manner as myself I would find it extremely unlikely you would do anything other than vote for Bush. We are at war. It is our duty. Bush/Cheney and the Republicans are the only sane, rational, ethical, and patriotic path in 2004.

Should you be unable to respond to this personally, I only hope you will reconsider your values in the light of History and learn to earn some small share of what those who went before us have paid for our freedom. It's not perfect. It can become much worse if good men and women do nothing or betray those who are the only leadership who will do anything.

Libertypost is the sort of place you go if you've already joined the militia.

Libertypost is where you go if you're the sort of "conservative" whose mother routinely dresses him up each morning in short pants and a Buster Brown hat. At age thirty-seven. :)

I'm leaving 'cause these pants make me look fat.

Well, not really, (the reason, not the pants) but I always wondered what the "Adventures in Narcissism" ride was like.

Yes! The anti-FReeps have an ideology all their own, don't they?

And you wonder why people are leaving here in the manner they do.

You say that as if it is a manner to be admired.

It's obvious why "some" leave. Their manner explains it. It is because they're so insecure and/or snobbish about what they think are their own grand notions (they really are amusing) and they can't stand to be called upon to buttress their points. When engaged for discussion they retreat. That's the "manner" I observe and I say good riddance. They are not, much to their chagrin, missed.
