Is your spirit and heart as empty as your home-bio page?
Do you have faith in any God, there are many pick one, or perhaps you believe in nothing.
Just curious.

Yeah, but for a bunch of them stating a belief MAKES it a fact.
Same as anything written in (one of the many current versions of ) the Bible is infallable, depsite the fact that many parts have been lost, mis-translated, EXCISED for political purposes, or garbled though oral tradition.
And so QUICK they are to threaten violence if you disagree!
There's another religion that does that... which one am I thinking of? Right ON the tip of my tongue!

Certainly, ones spiritual development is very important and takes much work.

Whatever. If looking at it that way makes you feel good. Fine

I'm not looking at it in any particular way, I'm just asking. Your "that was then, this is now, get over it" quote is the very basis of the living document leftist. I'm NOT saying you're a leftist, as I've seen you around for a long time, the quote just piqued my interest. No offense intended.

Not really, it's a legal document, nothing more nothing less.
I am really more of the opinion, as many attorneys I know are, that we haven't been living under the Constitution for many many years now, so discussion about it are really moot.
These days it is more just fodder for the masses.

AMERICA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP THE BLEEDING
The LORD has never allowed a society to promote homosexuality or abortion without bringing His judgment - ours is no different: America is even now under the judgment of the LORD. America will not be able to stop the bleeding; foreign armies will occupy this land. "Behold, they are already among you, and you see them not." America has refused the LORDS grace, now she must accept His judgment:
1. Innocent blood was spilled on the land; the land is now defiled.
2. The blood of over 40 million babies has been shed in this land.
3. The sin has reached unto the throne of the Holy One.
4. Judgment is now upon the land; it will tarry no longer.
5. The blood of the offender has to be appeased.
6. America constantly rejects the LORDS grace. Therefore,
America will now have to accept His judgment !!!

Yeah I know the old America was founded as a Christian nation argument. There is only one thing that can be said in response to that. That was then, this is now, get over it. Your post sounds a lot like your moniker - Kerberos...the hounds of Hades. Confess: what is it you hate about Jesus Christ?

the hounds of Hades.
Actually in Greek mythology it is the guardians to the gates of hell. It is also an authentication program developed by MIT that is used when you login on to the Windows 2000 platform. What can I say; I was studying for the Windows 2000 exam when I created my account.
Confess: what is it you hate about Jesus Christ?
And I don't hate Jesus, but then again I make it a point not to hate anything. I just don't believe in Christian doctrine and I oppose theocrats that would have it shoved down our throats by legal means.
If they want to believe in Jesus and follow a moral code that is set forth in the Bible, fine, have at it. But when I don't follow suit don't try having me hauled into court and persecuted.
And please don't give me the old destruction of society argument, that if everyone does not follow the Bible that society as we know it will collapse. How many years have the Christians been using that to justify their actions?
It simply has no foundation in fact then, now, or in the future.
