I'm not looking at it in any particular way, I'm just asking. Your "that was then, this is now, get over it" quote is the very basis of the living document leftist. I'm NOT saying you're a leftist, as I've seen you around for a long time, the quote just piqued my interest. No offense intended.

Not really, it's a legal document, nothing more nothing less.

I am really more of the opinion, as many attorneys I know are, that we haven't been living under the Constitution for many many years now, so discussion about it are really moot.

These days it is more just fodder for the masses.
