I am really more of the opinion, as many attorneys I know are, that we haven't been living under the Constitution for many many years now, so discussion about it are really moot.

These days it is more just fodder for the masses.

Regretfully, you're probably right, but there is definitely a cause and effect relationship involved. I'm just not ready to give up, yet.
