Well what do you know? Seem like a majority of them can actually read.The only thing they are reading is the writing on the wall.
It says, "Constitutional Amendment".
Their decision has no relationship to rule of law, or any sense of nobility.

At which point they will declare the california law unconstitutional and allow same sex marriages to continue - this time, legally. I'm afraid this battle is lost. We have a national Republican leadership that is so concerned about moving leftward, they don't have the stomach to drive the orcs back into Mordor.
