Do you really want a September 10th, American President?

Do you really want a September 10th, American President?

For numerous political reasons, there are those in America that need to live in the past. They ignore the fact our nation came under attack on September11th and disregard the truth that our country with great power, successfully responded to the attack and declared an ongoing war on terrorisms and those that aid terrorists. With such desired 911-memory loss, one must describe this “band of brothers” as “September 10th Americans.” This bunch has little comprehension of the times we live in or future we will have if we do not decide national security is of utmost importance. In addition, members of this group, appear to disapprove of the belief, America is and should remain the most powerful country in the world. It is apparent to many that this crowd’s main mission is to find, destroy and take out of power, through whatever means necessary, those that choose to never forget 911, when it comes to America’s future.

Do Americans desire a September 10th president leading our country? Over the past many months, Americans have had great opportunity to observe an individual of that description. Democrat’s, presumptive presidential candidate, John F. Kerry has shown his September 10 mindset through language and style, with arrogant characteristic on numerous occasions.

Over the past year, we have heard John F. Kerry’s cheap, as well as inappropriate rhetoric, relentlessly attacking President Bush, his administration and his supporters. Often Kerry’s words confirm the desire to place September 11th aside, returning to the days of old. It was not long ago that he compared the legitimacy of the Bush administration to Saddam’s evil command, "What we need now is not just a regime change in Saddam Hussein in Iraq, but we need a regime change in the United States." His senseless and inappropriate attacks, often below what we expect of a public figure, show not only bad manners, but also his arrogant disdain of anyone that is not of his kind. His use of the F-word in regards to Mr. Bush in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine is but one more example of the character of this man. In other words, not only would he lead our nation as a September 10 president, he would do so as an ethically challenged snob.

Certainly, Mr. Kerry set a new low with his ignorant and divisive words during a recent Fox News interview. During the discussion, Kerry addressed questions concerning the appropriateness of the 911 Bush/Cheney ads, now airing throughout the nation. Carl Cameron asked him to give opinion on why President Bush should not air such ads, in addition, why Vietnam use in his ads would be appropriate. His comments regarding the political ads were most telling. From observation, Kerry’s contention, he fought in the Vietnam War so he owned the right to speak to it. On the other hand, President Bush had nothing special to do with 911 other than the fact that it took place on his presidential watch. As he expressed his sentiments, his personality, as well as the direction he would take America was evident. Mr. Kerry is running with the hope that voters see him as presidential, but his nastiness and condescending manner on the campaign trail is always present.

Briefly, in contemplating Kerry’s interview and ignorant statements, would one not conclude that if we use his logic, only those that were part of the physical attack on September 11th have the right to speak about it? Furthermore, the fact that he was only in Vietnam for a few months, does that not mean he can only speak about the months he was there? Moreover, since he has never experienced being the Commander and Chief, making the most gut wrenching and solemn decision to send our young men off to war, what right does he have to speak out about it? In addition, as commander of the armed forces, under Bush’s command we saw Saddam captured. Since he did not do that, he should not speak about it, according to the logic that he has put forth. Many with September 10 mentality may think it is a stretch to question Kerry’s logic debated. However, just as many may think the fact that Kerry has made such outlandish comments show the absurdity of having a president of such low caliber.

For the September 11 American, there is no need for concern regarding who will define the man that wishes to be president. John F. Kerry is doing a fine job defining who Kerry is. Patriotic Americans who hear his arrogantly, aggressive tone and understand his need to place 911 far from the nation’s conscience, in the end will decide we must never return to the days that national security was found to be number 9 on the list of 10 in priority. Most assuredly, America will never forget September 11th. In part, we can thank the September 10 leaders and electorate for that.

I combined two of my posts from last week into one long post for this week. I am very lazy.

Why doesn't the media interview me? I could tell how offended I am by John Kerry's traitorous activities since coming home from Nam. I could discuss the fact that I have no idea where Kerry stands on any given issue at any given time since he appears to have no stand.

Though I feel for the families who lost someone on 9/11, the attacks are not their private property. The attacks were aimed at every American. I am sick of people acting like because they lost someone, this is private. Their loss is private but the attacks were not. I will never forget that it was an attack on me, my family, my friends, my nation. I take it personal as should every American.

If George W. Bush wants to use 9/11 in his campaign, that is his right. He was attacked too. His response to the attacks shows the character and courage his predecessor did not have when we were attacked so many times during those 8 dark years.

God Bless America and George W. Bush.

We Remember

We saw the look upon his face,
Through whispers he was told.
We knew he felt just what we felt,
We wouldn’t sit here cold.
We knew this time that we would act,
And not just turn our head.
This time we’d go and we’d go big,
We wouldn’t bomb some shed.
He called them faceless cowards,
He vowed we’ll hunt them down.
We watched as he spoke to us all,
Sincerely, not some clown.
His eyes assured us he’d not rest,
Until they paid the price.
Yes we’d turn over every stone,
Until they were on ice.
He warned the battle would be long,
That many would forget.
That some would say, let’s just move on,
Not him, his mind was set.
We backed him then, we back him now,
The fight must still go on.
We can’t back down, we can’t let up,
Until the threat is gone.
God Bless our troops as on they fight,
Each day for them we pray.
We thank them all, for all they do,
“They are the best”, we say.
We will support our President,
He’s proven he will stand.
We’ll vote for Bush this coming fall,
We will protect this land.

Kerry is using 9/11 too. Have you read his brilliant plan for our country? Don't miss the last paragraph...

Creating a New Army of Patriots
On September 11th, 2001, America experienced the most terrible and deadly attack in its history. Yet, President Bush's response was to call on Americans to wait in long lines at airports, go shopping, or wrap their windows in plastic.

As President, John Kerry will have the courage to lead and call on all Americans to make our nation stronger. Whether it is protecting America from the threats of terrorism or addressing the problems we have at home, America's new challenges will not be met by the same old answers of big government or big tax cuts for the wealthy. John Kerry will call on all Americans - tapping into the idealism and ingenuity of Americans and putting it to work on building a safer, stronger, and more secure nation. Americans already make an enormous difference in their communities, volunteering, in Boys and Girls Clubs or homeless shelters. Many Americans do full time service. John Kerry believes that in these times, we need to bolster these efforts with a nationwide commitment to national service. Whether it is a Summer of Service for our teenagers, helping young people serve their country in return for college, or the Older Americans in Service program, John Kerry's plan will call on every American of every age and every background to serve. John Kerry will set a goal of one million Americans a year in national service within the next decade.

John Kerry Outlines Plan to Require Service for High School Students

Part of 100 days Plan to Enlist One Million Americans in National Service A Year

On September 11th, 2001, America experienced the most terrible and deadly attack in its history. John Kerry believes we need to think big and do better and get more young Americans serving the nation.

As part of his 100 day plan to change America, John Kerry will propose a comprehensive service plan that includes requiring mandatory service for high school students and four years of college tuition in exchange for two years of national service.

High School Service Requirement

As President, John Kerry will ensure that every high school student in America performs community service as a requirement for graduation. This service will be a rite of passage for our nation’s youth and will help foster a lifetime of service. States would design service programs that meet their community and educational needs. However, John Kerry does not believe in unfunded mandates. No state would be obligated to implement a service requirement if the federal government does not live up to its obligation to fund the program.

Oh sure, I forgot this “slick willy” double - got religion all of a sudden. Forget the fact that he would not even fund the soldiers that are presently in the field.

Kerry thinks terrorism is a law enforcement problem. Having this type of attitude will get us killed. Terrorist will get bolder and bolder. Every American should be concern. Kerry wants the public to become complacent again. The threat of terrorism is an exaggeration! He wants the average person not to remember what happen on 911. He wants to anesthetize our feelings and make them private. But we did witness what happen on that brisk September morning. If we are allowed to stir those emotions of horror, distress and angry, then Kerry will lose control. To me, denying my emotions by this man is the utlimate insult.

When we make terrorism a law enforcement issue, this happens.

Terrorist attacks
1983 Beruit Marine Barracks
1986 Night Club Bombing
1988 Lockerbie Pan Am Flt 103
1993 WTC Bombing
1996 US Barracks in Saudi
1999 Embassies-Kenya + Tanzania
2000 USS Cole
2001 9/11
Total Deaths 3,792
Total Injuried 7,888

Bush is right. You can not appease or conciliate with terrorist. We will do everything in our power to prevent further attacks and wipe out the evil doers.

I'm mad now!

Something to add to your list:

February 26th, 1993 = First World Trade Center Attack
February 28th, 1993 = Waco

Clinton knew how to roll tanks, he just had a hard time pointing them in the right direction.
