In all seriousness, how in the H E DOUBLE-HOCKEY STIX could anyone vote for this guy. I mean, sure, everybody contradicts themselves once in a while, but this guy is off the chart!
Other than the extreme Bush-bashers, I can't see any reasoning human being buying into this guy's tripe!
OK, I'm down off the soap box, move along, nothing to see here.

A 19 year record, especially Kerry's 19 year record, is a difficult thing to explain much less defend. Do you suppose that some of the movers and shakers among the Dems and the Media (one and the same, in many cases) are having a few second-thoughts?

Stuff like this will eventually kill lurch. The ratmedia can't shove it all under the rug. The research that ordinary people can do with the Net is wonderful.

Zogby said he contacted Kerry aides and was told that the Democrat objects to the location of the fence. The RATS would prefer it be around Texas.

Not a problem for Kerry. If he happens to have a veracity problem at 9 am....Dan Rather will fix it by 5:30. Not a problem. Besides, it's hate speech to hold Kerry responsible for what he does or says. /Sarcasm off the charts/

I doubt this will matter. After all, Hillary! shared a smooch with Suha Arafat and got elected in New York.

"There's no question that I was none too pleased with reports on what he said [to Jewish leaders]," said Arab American Institute head Jim Zogby, a member of the Democratic National Committee who backs Kerry.Zogby seems to be a familiar name?? They wouldn't fudge their polls like they did in California would they???

The whole US government policy on Arafat is messed up, not just Kerry's idiotic ideas. The current government has a safety-net around Arafat, continues to send the PLO money, and adheres to the roadmap to "peace".

"Terrorist organizations with specific political agendas may be encouraged and emboldened by Yasser Arafat's transformation from outlaw to statesman," Kerry wrote in "The New War," now out of print. Kerry added that terrorists "whose only object is to disrupt society require no such 'role models [as Arafat].' " If that's the extent of his supposed praise for Arafat, this is a non-issue.

Another JFK laugher. Kerry in a threesome with Teresa and Arafat. I wonder how Flipflop will spin that fact away to the good people of New York! Oops, I forgot, we can't discuss 9-11, just medals, swift-boats and Nam.

Flip-Flop #4,679...
The revelation of Kerry's comments in his 1997 book "The New War" comes on the heels of his contradictory remarks about Israel's security fence and whether or not he'd rely on Jimmy Carter as a Mideast envoy. "Terrorist organizations with specific political agendas may be encouraged and emboldened by Yasser Arafat's transformation from outlaw to statesman," Kerry wrote in "The New War," now out of print.
Kerry added that terrorists "whose only object is to disrupt society require no such 'role models [as Arafat].' "
Kerry's remarks came as he was dismissing noted historian Paul Johnson as out of date for saying the Palestinian Liberation Organization is "the quintessential terrorist movement" but has achieved nothing for its people.
Just last month, Kerry pointed to his book and told Fox News that it shows he'd be "a president who does see ahead."

The revelation of Kerry's comments in his 1997 book "The New War" Look, I'll admit that even I was an optimist about Oslo, and despite being well aware of Arafat's murderous record, thought he might opt for a more honorable legacy in the end. But that hope only lasted for the first two or three years. By 1996 it was obvious where Arafat was headed.
If a United States Senator -- on the Foreign Relations Committee, no less -- still had this naive and starry-eyed impression of Terrorfat, then that alone is a disqualification for such a man to be President.
