Translation from Hebrew to English by me:
Policeman from the Judea and Samaria region were shocked yesterday when they stopped on the Schem-Ramallah road a Palestinian Taxi, and from within it exited no less then 27(!) children.
The driver, a Ramallah resident, was not confused and told the policeman that he thought "there wasn't police on Saturday."
The drivers license of the offending driver was taken away on the spot and he had to give a refundable fee of 1,500 shekles, to make sure he will come to court.
The 27 kids were driven to their homes in 3 mini-vans that the police ordered there.

27 kids in a taxi doesn't make sense (at least to me). I wonder where those kids had been? Some training camp or school or what? It is a weird story.

Could be an Arab day care center or something using a very cheap way of transportation.

Could be an Arab day care center or something using a very cheap way of transportation. What is an Arab day care center ?
Do you mean a madrassah ?
This could have been a test but 27 is an odd number of children to pack in a taxi.

Over forty years ago, our entire Little League team of fifteen players and two adults (yep, seventeen in all) piled into our manager's lowered '53 Chevy coupe for the two-mile ride to-and-from afternoon practice. I was in the backseat with two or three kids on my lap. Three kids rode with the equipment bag in the open trunk.
To: Hebrews 11:6
Lol. Wow.
Could you pack 10 more in there?
