Fellow Orlandoans: (PLEASE FORWARD)
We have known all along that Patty Sheehan is going to push for an amendment to Chapter 57 (transgender rights) if she is reelected. On the Gay/Lesbian website she has been writing that if she is successful in her reelection bid, great things are in store for "Our Community," meaning the Gay/Lesbian /Transgender/Bisexual community.
This morning , March 4, on his radio program Shannon Burke (540 WFLA) reported that he has an inside source that confirms that Dyer, Sheehan and Daisy Lynum will support same sex marriages and benefits. Burke further stated that Dyer plans to issue same sex union licenses for same sex couples.
On the Doc and Johnny show this morning he was asked by a caller about this issue. Dyer stated that he will and does support the issue of same sex marriages and benefits. He believes and supports the idea that two people who are in love should be able to share in the marriage union and be able to share in the civil benefits as well.
On the Doc and Johnny show this morning Mayor Dyer said exactly what I just reported to you. I listened to Burke this morning and heard him report that the same sex benefit and marriage issue has been kept very quiet and that starting on March 15, 2004, the City will start issuing the same sex union papers.
Don't we all have better things to do with our time and in our city than deal with an anarchist mayor and city commissioner?
March 9th you have the chance to stop this!

Buddy Dyer is a "MAJOR" Lib dumpacrap. He tried to run against Jeb, and that other idiot Bill McBribe. He is an embarrassment to the state of Florida. Much like everything on the East Coast. Including Rush's home of Palm Beach.

He ran against Charlie Crist for attorney General of Fla and got his butt handed to him even though he ran the filthiest campaign I have ever seen. He also is such a partisan dirty dem that he kept Bush 41 from coming to Jeb's first inaugural. When I e-mailed him what a slime ball I thought he was, he sent back a personal reply whining like the sissy he is(oh poor me why don't you like me attitude). The only dirtier campaigner is Peter Deutsch.

AG Charlie Crist probably doesn't need the encouragement, although keep in mind that the Florida judiciary is markedly more liberal than that of the typical Southern state. The Orlando action probably doesn't make much difference, however, since a same-sex marriage lawsuit was filed a couple weeks ago in Fort Lauderdale. Whatever the ultimate outcome of that will decide the issue (for now) in Florida.

Channel 2 poll for a debate that took place yesterday. Republican candidates in the non-partisan election are Mulvaney (#1 challenger to Dyer) and Leichering.

Time to begin impeachment proceedings.
To: William Creel
The idea is to get elected first (March 9) and then start issuing licenses second(March 15).

Its been illegal in Florida since 1977. And that law was passed back in the days the Democrats ruled the roost in the Sunshine State.

my understanding from a lawyer friend is that orlando has a large number of churches there. How do we activate the religious groups to get out and VOTE! against the homosexual? Can we contact the Pastor/Priests/Ministers before sunday sermons? Let get out the vote!

I spoke too soon last night. I'd really like to hear what Senate candidates: Betty Castor, Alex Penelas, Mel Martinez, Bill McCollum have to say about this.
