Just a question re the list: didn't OBL have a a lot to do with the disaster in Somalia too? His operatives of Al Qaeda were there at the time and conducted many operations (see "Losing Bin Laden" by Miniter). We lost some good men there and the infamous UN did nothing except make it all worse.
