Why does my message text run off the screen to the right?

Does anyone have any idea why the text of my replies (or replies to me) would run off the screen to the right? It never used to do that? I've tried the F5 key and using various size text (but that only makes the sentences run off the screen in smaller or larger sizes). Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's a pain to have to scroll right to read the full text of someone's reply.
Thanks DentsRun

Why don't you link to a messaget that does what you are asking about? That would help anyone who may can help.... But some things like tables and images can run off the display page due to their width when formatted...

Try changing the pixels on your screen area. Right click any open spot on your desktop, properties, settings. Change the settings and see if that helps

There's no such thing as too far to the right! ;^)

Happens to me all the time with my 12" laptop.
Some of the posts and pics do not have formatting and the browser has to figure it out.
I think that is all it is.
You can get back to normal by changing the thread pagination to the lowest number and thereby not display the offending post. the browser does not have to deal with it.
Sometimes a cache clear will work as well.

Because you have an image of some kind on the page that is wider than your screen width. This forces the whole page to be wider than normal, and the text simply adapts to the page width.
Is this in your "my comments" page? this is where it's most annoying. Otherwise it would only show up on the thread that has the image.
If it's on your "my comments" page it will eventually go away as that particular post works its way to the bottom and out.

There's no wide image in any of replies to me in "comments" but there is an url address in one reply that goes way beyond the page. Is there a way simply to delate that reply to my post?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I can see everything just fine on my monitor which is set to 1600x1200 resolution. So it must be a problem with the way you are looking at things. Perhaps if you look at the text from an angle off to the left side of your monitor, you will be able to see the rest of the text.
Just trying to help.

If you'd take a shower

How do I change the thread pagination? By the way I can read threads fine. It's when I go to "my comments" that the problem shows up.

Resize your desktop like someone suggested up above..... that will help but it will give you a different appearance than what you have now..... When you resize you may want or have to change your text size.....
