SAN FRANCISCO, California (AP) -- Former television talk show host Rosie O'Donnell said she planned to marry her longtime girlfriend Thursday in San Francisco, where more than 3,300 other same-sex couples have tied the knot since February 12.
Appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America," O'Donnell announced she would wed Kelli Carpenter -- two days after President Bush called for a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

"not only that but who gives them aweigh?"
If John Wayne Gacy were still alive, we could dress him up in his clown costume and force him to do it. Or better yet, bring Jeffrey Dahmer back to life. With Dahmer at least they might end up as part of the buffet.

Bull. Lesbians may be able to get marriage licenses in San Francisco, but I'm pretty sure even that county clerk would balk at issuing one to a whale.

very, very, very, very shockingHer mastery of the English Language is astounding. Not since Coco the Chimp learned to signal for another banana have I personally been so impressed with communication skills being taught as a persuasion tool. Who knew she was as deep as she was wide?

Homosexuals are not rational people. They ARE emotional disturbed people who act out their emotional problem through same sex. The majority have been abused sexually or lack proper gender role models and seek them out through same sex. Rosie's defiance illustrates how emotionally enslaved they are to their perversion. Remaining in denial is critical as they lash out venom to all who are rational.

"We applied for spousal privilege and were denied it by the state. As a result, everything that I said to Kelli, every letter that I wrote her, every e-mail, every correspondence and conversation was entered into the record," O'Donnell said.
Y'all are missing the boat. She's not doing it to spite Dubya. She's doing it to be able to invoke spousal privilege. She wants to muzzle Ms. Carpenter so nothing private will come out during a legal proceeding.

Nothing he can do. He has ordered the AG to put a halt to it. Beyond that, his hands are tied. It's up to the courts.

I didn't miss it, in fact it jumped right out at me. I wonder how many other gay couples are getting hitched for this reason?

Well, let's see here...
Rosie is an ex-comedian, ex-talk show host, ex-magazine magnate, and ex-actress. The only thing that ever made her funny in the first place was her accent.
Nobody really gives a damn what she thinks, except for other dykes.
Rosie has a background of making stupid remarks and doing stupid things...like grandma used to say, "she cuts off her nose, to spite her face.".
So let her and her "fellow" carpet muncher do all the "civil disobediance" they like. Gay marriage is not yet legal, so this is all for show anyway.
However, if her and her "sweetie" ever have a spat, and break up...I hope her sweetie takes her to the bank. Oh, and let's don't forget to insist they get a legal divorce...that is if they are "legally" married.
The media chases these perverts around like nothing else is happening in the world. Too many lawyers, too many journalists...that's what's wrong with America.
