Prosecutor Bill Graff said you can't take the law into your own hands, but it's likely that they'd get parents who'd say that's what they'd do if it was their daughter. BS! The father was protecting his kid. With all the kidnappings, I'm suprised he didn't kill the b.......

Jimmy Hunt punched the man in the face. Prosecutors in York charged Hunt with disorderly conduct and simple assault. But they later dropped the charges after concluding that no jury would convict him. You would hope the DA was motivated out of common sense and decency, but even if his decision to forego prosecuting was based only on the likelyhood of no conviction, then at least it's a step in the right direction.

"You can't take the law into your own hands?" This appears to conflict with the principle of self defense. And where were the police when the man's daughter was assaulted? It sounds like a clear-cut case of dereliction of duty.
