CAMPAIGN DRAMA ROCKS DEMOCRATS - Thread 1
CAMPAIGN DRAMA ROCKS DEMOCRATS: KERRY FIGHTS OFF MEDIA PROBE OF RECENT ALLEGED INFIDELITY, RIVALS PREDICT RUIN
**World Exclusive** **Must Credit the DRUDGE REPORT**
A frantic behind-the-scenes drama is unfolding around Sen. John Kerry and his quest to lockup the Democratic nomination for president, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
Intrigue surrounds a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
A serious investigation of the woman and the nature of her relationship with Sen. John Kerry has been underway at TIME magazine, ABC NEWS, the WASHINGTON POST, THE HILL and the ASSOCIATED PRESS, where the woman in question once worked.
MORE
A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head!
In an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, General Wesley Clark plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue." [Three reporters in attendance confirm Clark made the startling comments.]
The Kerry commotion is why Howard Dean has turned increasingly aggressive against Kerry in recent days, and is the key reason why Dean reversed his decision to drop out of the race after Wisconsin, top campaign sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

Are you kidding? They'd check my story six ways from Sunday and find out I was lying about attending church that one time. Attempting to locate an open Confessional right now....

Well here's one more theory. The Dems need Indies and Repubs to be complacent about the election. One person who will not make us complacent after his post-VietNam lunacy is Hanoi John Kerry. It's fairly obvious trolls have seen how fired up we become when reminded of his reprehensible conduct when he returned.
His past record - Congressional testimony, photos with Fonda, speeches, his anti-military votes, are all surfacing on the net and alternative media. Behavior that offends many Americans.
Kerry had to go and it took some high-level Dem operatives to take him out.

This won't hurt Kerry in the eyes of the same DAMNocrats that voted Klintoon in twice. If anything, this might help Kerry Have to disagree. The Rat voters will be worried what the rest of us think in November. Polling suggests they only care about someone to "beat Bush" (punnishing as that may be).

The big networks are on this story. I found their lead:
"John Kerry, a decorated Vietnam veteran, who assisted young people, wasn't AWOL when needed.
"Kerry, who kindly opened his home at night to youths seeking jobs, wasn't AWOL when these young people knocked on his door to drop off their resumes.
"He offered aid and comfort to aspiring students, unlike others who were AWOL from the National Guard.

"To be perfectly honest, I lived in Montgomery, Alabama in 1972 and I never once saw Lt. Bush. He didn't visit my high school, I didn't run into him at the mall, and he never once attended our church. Hmmmmm?"Ah HA! I was never at the base in Albama, but I LOOKED in that direction! I never saw him either! Bush is TOAST!
P.S.: I want a look at those dental records to see how well he took care of his teeth! I voted for him on 2000, but I won't in '04 if he didn't. Good dental hygiene is a mark of a real leader!

It's not the politics, it's the POLITICIANS.We've got a leader, who has led us very successfully during a war against terrorism. Yet, what are you hearing on the news? Anything about the successes in Iraq, in Afghanistan, in Libya, about the surge for democracy in Iran, and rumblings of the same in Syria? No, you have the moronic media in a frenzy over Democrat primaries where 10% show up to vote, and about bogus charges of our LEADER being AWOL.
It's not just the politicians, it is how politics are played in this country today.

Me thinks he offered aid and comfort all right!
Geez, just one look at Kerry and the LAST thing on my mind is sex!!! This girl, excuse me... alleged girl must either be blind or just dumb. Oh, wait....they did say she was blond right?

Best of the Web, at opinionjournal.com, has picked up the Drudge stuff.
It also points to a web page at Kerry's campaign web site. A picture of two young ladies has the caption:
It's never too early to change the world -- women interns are our future!
It's at the bottom of the page at:

Thanks, Jeff. Will look for the story tomorrow in Talon News.
If this was a Republican, what is the likelihood the 'nets would sit on it? Nill, I'd say.

Teresa is not Hillary.
She has her own identity that doesn't depend on John Effing.
She also has a lot of pride.
I don't think she'll take any of the options you mention if this story is confirmed.
PS she has a rock solid pre-nup.

If I had to bet, I'd pick the one on the right in the "policy wonks" pic. Don't know why, just looks right.
To: mewzilla
Why open her [Estrich's] yap then about it? I just think she was either so shell-shocked or she had been drinking. She was definitely talking A LOT then about Kerry's behavior.

Leadership is nice -- but, what we really need are folks who understand their role is as SERVANTS to the people.
