Just wanted to post a little information about Heinz. Seems the press isn't going back to her high school days as they did with the Laura Bush where they put her under a microscope.
Together, the Kerry's have five children; his two daughters and her three sons. Was he widowed too, divorced?? Annulment???
She always has that piece of cloth over her shoulder, maybe she wants to strangle him; or does it have something to do with her African Culture. Why nothing around her head?

It is my understanding that Kerry was refused an annulment.
He also boasts (correctly) that he is the only RAT candidate that has supported unconditional abortion for his entire career without once wavering.
If he ever becomes President, it will be interesting to see if he is formally excommunicated.

So technically Kerry is married to an African American. I wonder if this will be exploited.

Was Theresa Heinz-Kerry's 1st husband a RINO or a true conservative? I remember when he was in office, but at the time, I didn't pay much attention to politics (I believe his name was John Heinz, but I could be wrong).

Thanks for the post. Where do I start. Firstly, she is no more an African than Rudyard Kipling was Indian. Secondly, her weird accent is sure to turn people off. You just can't have a first lady who speaks with anything other than an American (Yankee or Southern) accent.

John Heinz was one of those country club "moderates" like Arlen Specter. Back in 1994, Theresa Heinz attacked Rick Santorum as a far right extremist in the general election. She urged other "moderates" to vote against Santorum.

Theresa Heinz is Portuguese. I was reading an article about her the other day that said she's a real harridan! Sounds like a Hillary redux, and I don't think middle America will be too thrilled.
Of course Karen Tumulty and her colleagues think 'blunt, outspoken' women are great. Most others just call them rude.

These people are Boston Catholics of the Cardinal Law variety. They are soooo close to God they can do what they want and still be Catholic. At least in their own mind.

Teddy the Swimmer left the Mass at the Offertory. I wasn't watching it, but read about it later. Don't remember about Kerry, though.

Maria Teresa Thierstein Simoes-Ferreira grew up in the capital of Mozambique, a city now called Maputo but then known as Lourenco Marques. I am surprised that in South Carolina he isn't claiming she is "African/American" to get the black vote.

One of her Heinz Awards was given in 2001 to James Hansen, regarded as the father of the global warming theory. Heinz continues to promote the theory despite evidence showing little if any rise in mean temperature, and no hard evidence that it is linked to the rise of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

She seems to be a total flake. But then, so does he.
And "pro-choice Catholic"?
I'm sorry, you're either one or the other. If she doesn't want to make the decision, then somebody (the Kerry's bishop, for example) should make it for her.

Was he widowed too, divorced?? Annulment??? None of the above - he traded up in wealth by leaving his first wife (Kerry is a real slimeball IMO for having done this).
Old wife's worth - around 200 mil
New wife's worth - around 500 mil *plus* the foundation she 'chairs'.

I wonder who married them and where they were married? In a church or in civil ceremony. He must be divorced; otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to remarry.
