Lots of people have really come down on Rush hard for his addiction to painkillers. I would like to see them come down on the doctors who prescribed this junk to him in the first place. We trust our doctors, I know I did, when they gave me the same stuff. I was lucky, my system went totally haywire when I took hydrocodone and I quit using it. The doctors said I was "uncooperative" and that I deserved pain if I wouldn't use their drugs. The medical profession needs to concentrate on healing instead of "drugging", but then many good doctors are so swamped with governement paperwork and redtape that they don't have the time to be healers.
It's a MESS.

I heard you on Rush today after reading your words this morning and I must say you articulated the feelings of MANY people out here so WELL! You understand the spirit and PASSION behind all Rush stands for. I myself knew nothing about politics until I listened to Rush. I myself owe him loyalty and support and it is an HONOR to be able to give it at such a time as this.

I know. I checked the website last night and I only had two posts. Then, this morning, it said, "New posts to you." And it was a freeper telling me they posted it on the website. I went there and sure enough, they did. It was unbelievable.

Then, someone suggested I call in. If you're out there, take the credit. I finally got through and they put me on in the last ten minutes of the show. Also, I believe that they rerun their shows on the website from the following day. So you can always listen to it tomorrow via media player.

Great! I knew when I stumbled across this website I had hit gold. It was so refreshing to see so many people with the same ideology that I had. It was like coming out of a tunnel of darness into a well lit room. It was startling!
