Franken is severely disturbed and not taking his anti-psychotic medications as prescribed. I remember when he was drunk and/or delusional and shoving himself into the benign Sean Hannity's face trying to start a fistfight for no apparant reason at a charity dinner.

grabbing him with a bear hug from behind and slamming him onto the floor. Is that assault or battery? Why isn't he in jail for the night?

I also would add that this is liberalism at its finest:
free speech only for the annointed ones.

"...he was drunk and/or delusional and shoving himself into the benign Sean Hannity's face..." I thought that incident involved O'Reilly and Franken, or is there two such incidents.

Al Franken seems to get involved in fights. If Rush Limbaugh was a bar room brawler, you'd never heard an end of from liberals.

Franken is severely disturbed and not taking his anti-psychotic medications as prescribed. I've suspected the Stuart Smally character was derived from first hand experience on the couch.

Didn't his buffoon get treated for coke addiction?

Franken isn't a supporter of Free Speech, he's a supporter of the 'right' to be heard. That is not part of the Bill of Rights - Freedom of Speech allows for everyone to speak, no guarantee that anyone will listen.

Someone, somewhere needs to catch something like this on video. It would be the end of him.
On that note, someday he'll try this on someone who can take care of him/her self (*hint*Black belt) with a bit more efficiency.

I guess members of the Actor's Guild are now attending AFL-CIO goon training for crowd control.
Franken seems to be progressing nicely in his lessons.

If I'm not mistaken, it sounds like the lesson to be learned from this is that anytime a democrat attempts to interrupt or heckle a speech or even someone who is trying to talk, that it is ok to body slam that person. Has Al Franken ever interrupted anyone who was talking? How many people can body slam him or any other dem at once? We can call this approach Al's rules.

I wonder if this was a set up... something to promote Franken and get his name in the news. Why wouldn't the victim have him charged with assault? </tinfoilhat>

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decide who you would rather see victorious in a bitchslapping contest between Al Franken and an unnamed Larouchie.
