Felos and the Florida Courts: enforcing Terri Schiavo's right to die or forcing Terri to die?

Quote: At an appeals court hearing in August 2001, Felos set a high standard for personhood. "The litmus test is whether or not a person can bring a spoon to their mouth," he said.

Do you know what percentage of the human population cannot raise a spoon to its mouth? That number would include most normal children under the age of one, a large percentage of those in nursing homes, all those who are quadriplegic, and a myriad of people in conditions similar to Terri’s, as well as people with degenerative muscle diseases and temporary paralysis. We are talking about millions of people who at this moment cannot raise a spoon to their mouths. If we gave these people the George Felos litmus test they would all fail and be deemed non-persons.

I wonder how quickly George Felos would change his quote if he was suffering from a severe, debilitating disease himself. My guess would be in about three seconds. I doubt that we will ever see George Felos willingly die of starvation or dehydration, even though he thinks that its a perfectly fine death for Terri Schiavo.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: Felos in his comment period asked that there should be no more automatic stays on her starvation order because they were just meant to delay, and that no treatment that has not been tried or discussed before fall 2002 be allowed if requested in the future. He also argued that allowing Terri to live would be "poor public policy." His requests were not granted.

Poor public policy! In one sentence George Felos just reduced Terri’s life to a matter of poor public policy. He claims that he petitions for Terri’s death out of respect for Terri and her rights and wishes. Boy! He must have a ton of respect for Terri to just label her life as ‘poor public policy’.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: According to Cooper-Dowda, Felos expressed "great horror" that anyone "in [Terri's] condition" – as he put it – would want to be photographed, especially someone who ate with a feeding tube. He further inferred that to be counted among the living one must at least be able to "ask for a ham sandwich."

Source: Fight-for-life bombshell: Woman 'trying to talk'! Husband of brain-damaged wife seeks starvation despite claims Posted: August 2, 2003, 1:00

There are millions of people out there right now who are giving and receiving love, giving and receiving happiness that cannot ask for a ham sandwich. Is George Felos really the guy that we want to establish the definition of what means to be among the living.

I wonder if Russ Copper-Dowda could ask for a ham sandwich when she was misdiagnosed with PVS, and she could hear the doctors and her husband standing over her bed discussing the best way to kill her? I guess from now on when we are brought into an emergency room the nurses will just wave a ham sandwich in our face and then pronounce us dead if we don’t take a bite.

I don’t even like ham sandwiches…I could never ask anyone for a ham sandwich. So, according to George Felos’ definition of what a living person is, am I already dead?

Do we really want to let men like George Felos and a hand full of rogue judges reduce the beauty and wonder of human life to nothing more that the ability to ask for a ham sandwich? Should men with such narrow and negative views of human life even be allowed to participate in a case like Terri’s?

Quote: "I would agree that there is certainly dispute about her physical state, but I don't believe that there is uncertainty about it," Felos, a well-known advocate of the so-called "right-to-die" said. "The judges have ruled this way. I don't think they have any doubt that Terri is in a persistent vegetative state."

Source: Bishop: Family Should be Allowed to Help Disabled Daughter, By Jeff Johnson, CNSNews.com Congressional Bureau Chief, August 14, 2003

Of course these Judges don’t have any doubt about what condition Terri is in They are getting all of their information from George Felos and the People he has hand picked to testify on behalf of Michael Schiavo, and the Florida tyrant judge's league wont allow anyone else to be heard.

I have heard numerous professionals who are at the top of their fields sing an entirely different tune about Terri’s condition, but I guess judges just rule as the please now. There is no need for such trifling things as evidence and disclosure or due process.

It seems that the only people being heard by the Florida courts are George Felos and Michael Schiavo…. Hhhmmmm……kind of makes you wonder doesn’t it?

No matter how we feel about Terri’s situation, as Americans we should be outraged by the way the courts are crushing evidence is this case. We all know how American government works…. if we let them do this to Terri it will be one of us next.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: attorney George Felos appeared on various news programs decrying the injustice of not allowing the helpless woman to slowly starve to death. Among his infamous quotes was this gem: "Each of us...has a right to control our own body. We have a fundamental right to make our own medical treatment choices, and the state doesn't have a right to override our wishes."

Source: TV's Gay Factor and George Felos' Incoherence, Crosswalk.com, 10/24/2003, Tom Perrault

The “each of us” George Felos is referring to here seems to actually mean every one but Terri Schiavo. It appears that George Felos, a handful of out of control judges, and Terri’s adulterous husband will get to make this decision for her. Are these really the type of people that “each of us” want to make our end of life decisions if we become incapacitated?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: Felos also disputed claims that Terri had communicated with her nurses. "It didn't happen," Felos told the newspaper. "It's a fabrication."

Source: Disabled Woman's Family, Former Nurses Seek Inquiry, By Jeff Johnson, CNSNews.com, Congressional Bureau Chief, September 10, 2003

Well of course it’s a fabrication. Obviously every professional in this case who doesn’t agree with George Felos is a liar. Come on people…how many smelly Felos sardines is the American public willing to swallow?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: In general I agree with the governor's position. We as a society have a duty to bring the spoon to the mouth of the disabled person," Felos admitted. "But the whole factual basis of the governor's argument is false." Felos claims, based on tests conducted several years ago, that Terri is incapable of swallowing food and, therefore, providing her nutrition and hydration through the g-tube is "artificial life support."

Source: Federal Judge Dismisses Parents' Lawsuit in Terri Schiavo Case, By Jeff Johnson, CNSNews.com, Congressional Bureau Chief, October 10, 2003

What? Now its our ‘duty to bring a spoon to the mouth if the disabled person’? Just a few quotes back George stated that to even to be considered a person you had to be able to lift a spoon to your mouth. Is George confused, or is he just trying to confuse the public?

In this quote Mr. Felos makes the point that Terri can’t swallow. The was I understand it there are signed affidavits that Terri was swallowing soft food before Michael had her therapy stopped, and medical professionals still say that Terri can manage her own saliva.

Terri does not drool, which means that either the little spit fairies are coming in the night to take Terri’s saliva away, or Terri can swallow, and she is being kept from eating by those who wish to see her dead. As a matter of fact, I believe one of the judges in this case actually ordered that no one could feed Terri through her mouth. Isn’t that illegal?

I know of no law that gives a judge the power to withhold food from a person no matter what the circumstances. What’s next? If a prisoner wont talk a judge just orders the guards to stop giving him food? Do we really want to give judges of this caliber the power to do such things to American citizens?

Now might be a good time to point out something that the media hasn’t had the good sense to say. George Felos is nothing but a lawyer. He is no doctor. He is no medical professional, and when he makes huge medical statements about Terri Schiavo’s condition they mean nothing… because George Felos is no doctor, and he has already made it clear that it is his intention to see her dead.

Would you want to be attended by a physician who made it clear up front that he hopes you die? I seriously doubt Terri would want to be represented by a lawyer who has made it clear that he wants her to die.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: Felos' spiritual and professional lives intersected in a public way 12 years ago, in the case of Estelle Browning. The case gained him a reputation as the person to see when you want to let someone die. Browning, of Dunedin, had written a living will in 1985, saying she did not want to be kept alive by artificial means if she ever became ill. A year later, she had a stroke. But the nursing home refused to stop feeding her because she was not technically brain dead. Her cousin and former roommate, Doris Herbert, asked Felos to take the case. He wanted to see Browning for himself. She could not speak, but Felos says his spiritual side picked up on something. He says her soul cried out to his soul and asked, "Why am I still here?"

Source: The spirit and the law, By SHARON TUBBS, © St. Petersburg Times, published May 25, 2001

Felos can talk to the spirit of the brain damaged? Yea...Right….and the earth turns because it is chained to a giant polar bear who is chasing a bunch of penguins around in a circle in outer space.

I seriously doubt that Estelle Browning’s sprit cried out, “Please George, have me killed in the most cruel and gruesome manner imaginable, and then write a book about my death and get filthy rich killing other helpless women like myself.”

I wonder how much loot George snagged from this book in which he wrote about Estelle Browning without her permission….but…o…..my bad…she is dead. I guess her dignity and privacy and all that stuff Felos is so fond of touting in Terri’s case doesn’t matter after the disabled individual is dead and it comes down to his own personal fame and fortune.

Lets see….petition the courts to kill a disabled person and then profit from it by writing a book about them. Sounds like a pretty good racket to me. I wonder if George Felos has been taking notes for a book about Terri?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: George Felos begins his morning with yoga, which he has been practicing for 25 years. That’s about as long as he has been practicing law: “How do you work within that type of system and not become hardened . . . and maintain a spiritual center?” he says.

Source: The spirit and the law, By SHARON TUBBS, © St. Petersburg Times, published May 25, 2001

Hardened? George Felos can look into a television camera and say without the teeniest bit of pity or remorse flashing across his face that starvation and dehydration is a painless death. Can it get much more hardened than that?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: He invites friends over for chanting -- "I am that I am. I am that I am." - - while he plays the harmonium.

Source: The spirit and the law, By SHARON TUBBS, © St. Petersburg Times, published May 25, 2001

“I am that I am”…I’m sorry, but I thought that quote belonged to God. Has George Felos lowered God to his level, or has he raised himself to the level of God? Or rather, are the American people going to allow the courts to raise him to the level of God by giving him the power of making life or death decisions for helpless people?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

. Quote: Felos does not mention Schiavo in Law as Spiritual Practice, but says he wants to start a second book when the case is over. He may talk about his spiritual journey with Schiavo then. For now, he is preparing for a hearing before the 2nd District Court of Appeal in Lakeland on June 25. He thinks the court will agree that her feeding tube should be removed. That is what is necessary, he says, "to accomplish what I believe are Terri's wishes." Does Felos believe Terri Schiavo's soul has spoken to his? Felos declines to answer, showing his lawyerly side. "It's a pending case," he says.

Source: The spirit and the law, By SHARON TUBBS, © St. Petersburg Times, published May 25, 2001

You will notice Felos said in this statement that it was necessary to kill Terri to accomplish what HE believed to be her wishes, not what her siblings or parents (who might actually have a clue what Terri’s wishes are) thought they were.

Sounds like its really more important for George to have HIS wishes obeyed rather than what Terri’s might have been.

O…and be sure and make note of the reference to a possible future book about Terri’s death written by George Felos. Wasn't getting hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal pay from Terri’s rehabilitation fund enough profit for Mr. Felos?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: "Given the imminence of the ward's death, further treatment (other than comfort care) for the ward's infection and other medical problems is unnecessary, unwarranted, inappropriate and futile," Felos said in an emergency motion, adding that Terri, "should be put back in hospice and receive comfort care and die in a peaceful setting."

Source: Florida Judge Rejects Governor's Bid to Help Terri Schiavo, By Jeff Johnson, CNSNews.com Congressional Bureau Chief, August 27, 2003

A peaceful setting?…..lets just visit the peaceful setting that they tried to kill Terri Schiavo in last October.

Your in a cold gray hospice room surrounded by police who are there to keep any love or affection or hope of help from your side… while the mother of your husband’s lover stands guard at the foot of your bed… every part of your body is wracked with agonizing pain from the unlawful starvation and dehydration that has just been heaped upon you by your cheating husband with the help of the courts…and you don’t understand why the people you loved are doing this to you…

Sure George….that’s a real peaceful way to go.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: In a 44-page brief, filed Oct. 29 with Judge Baird, Schiavo's attorney George Felos, a well-known "right-to-die" advocate, complains HB-35E – or "Terri's Law" – "eradicates Mrs. Schiavo's rights to privacy and due process," and is an "example of legislative and executive overreaching prohibited by the separation of powers enshrined in the Florida Constitution."

Source: Florida governor, lawmakers defend 'Terri's Law' House speaker's brief argues legality of starvation-stopping measure, Posted: November 12, 2003, 5:00 p.m. Eastern, By Sarah Foster, © 2003 WorldNetDaily.com

George Felos is continually rambling on about how Terri’s privacy has been violated by the Governor’s attempt to save her life, but he didn’t seem to be too worried about Terri’s privacy when he and Michael openly discussed Terri’s gynecology and showed her very private brain scan on national television.

Make up your mind George….are you worried about Terri’s privacy or not? Or does privacy to Mr. Felos simply mean that we should stay away from his client so that the American people can be kept in the dark about the atrocities that are being committed against her person?

Due process means that both sides of a case get to present their side and be equally and fairly heard. It looks to me like Jeb Bush and Terri Schiavo’s family are the one’s being denied, and that the last bit of due process left in the state of Florida is riding snugly in George Felos’ hip pocket.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: The new law "gives the governor unfettered and unreviewable discretion to 'stay' the withholding of artificially provided nutrition and hydration from Mrs. Schiavo and prevent her from dying with dignity," Felos contends in his brief, adding, "nothing could be more repugnant to the Constitution of the state of Florida."

Source: Florida governor, lawmakers defend 'Terri's Law' House speaker's brief argues legality of starvation-stopping measure, Posted: November 12, 2003, 5:00 p.m. Eastern, By Sarah Foster, © 2003 WorldNetDaily.com

I don’t quite understand which constitution Mr. Felos is referring to in this statement. What is repugnant to the real Florida constitution is letting a cheating husband and his lawyer bring about the judicial homicide of a helpless disabled person.

The real Florida constitution was written with only one purpose: to protect its citizens from being socially and physically harmed or killed. The Florida constitution provides for nothing but the protection of the lives of Floridians. At no point does it give the courts (which are still part of the government and therefore belong to the people) or any other branch of government the right to kill innocent citizens.

Would George Felos’ vision of the Florida constitution read something like this?…

At such time as any husband becomes tired of caring for his disabled wife, or such time that people become tired of caring for their disabled parents, or such time that parents become tired of taking care of disabled children, or at such time as a disabled person’s insurance company or social security provider becomes tired of providing for them, or at such time a disabled person’s spouse decides to commit adultery said persons may be starved to death by order of the court.

If we sit back and let lawyers and judges twist our constitution in this manner we are going to be going to a lot of funerals.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: At Tiger Bay, Felos criticized Florida lawmakers for their intervention in the Schiavo case "without the Legislature even bothering to read the judicial opinions."

He said the governor's stay, issued on "on whim, on caprice," flouted the Constitution and violated the doctrine of the separation of powers. It was "a frightening action in a free society."

Source: Judge calls Terri's Law intrusive:[SOUTH PINELLAS Edition] WILLIAM R. LEVESQUE. St. Petersburg Times. St. Petersburg, Fla.: Nov 15, 2003.

Does Mr. Felos truly understand how American government works?

The three branches of government are responsible for checking each other so that one branch can’t run rampant over the other two. In Terri’s case the judicial branch has obviously run amuck. All across our nation the judicial branch has launched a takeover of our political system, making ruling after ruling that is clearly against the constitution and the will of the people.

It just so happens that the Florida executive branch and the Florida Legislature are the first to stand up and say, “Enough!” It is their job and civic duty to keep the courts in check, and it is long overdue.

Just because Mr. Felos and a few rogue judges may feel threatened by the idea that they may be about to be ‘checked’ doesn’t mean that the American people have to roll over and let them kill Terri Schiavo. The courts are part of the government and the government still belongs to the people, (for now anyway) and its about time we reminded them of that.

Rogue judges sitting the bench and handing down death sentences to innocent people at the request of lawyers…now that is a “frightening action in a free society.”

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: Felos called the reinsertion of the tube "an absolute horrible tragedy for Terri Schiavo."

"The governor of the state of Florida does not have the right to trump a patient's personal choice," he said.

Felos said that on Tuesday, Terri was showing signs of massive organ failure and that the reinsertion of the tube is just prolonging her death. He said he did not know her condition Wednesday.

"She was literally absconded from her death bed in the middle of her dying process," he told ABC's "Good Morning America."

Source: Fla. Family Can't Visit Disabled Woman, By MITCH STACY, Associated Press Writer, October 22, 2003, 4:47 PM EDT

“The Governor doesn’t have the right to trump a patient’s personal choice.” I will have to agree with that one, but it looks like Mr. Felos has forgotten one key part of this argument: Neither does George Felos or Michael Schiavo or the Florida courts have the right to trump a patient’s right to live.

It is Jeb Bush’s Job to protect his citizens from heinous crimes such as the ones the Florida courts have perpetrated against Terri Schiavo. Jeb Bush was elected to protect the people of his state, and that’s exactly what he is doing for Terri Schiavo.

Terri was absconded from her death bed all right… More like saved form a dying process that was forced upon her by Michael Schiavo and George Felos with the help of the Florida courts. I give my permission to any one who reads this post to please abscond me in the event that my spouse tries to have me

starved to death.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: "It is simply inhumane and barbaric to interrupt her death process," Felos said. "Just because Terri Schiavo is not conscious doesn't mean she doesn't have dignity."

Source: Fla. Family Can't Visit Disabled Woman, By MITCH STACY, Associated Press Writer, October 22, 2003, 4:47 PM EDT

Inhumane and barbaric to save a woman from dying a tortuous and horrifying death? Inhumane and barbaric to save some one from being starved and dehydrated to death?

Hello George…..is anybody in there?

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: "His overriding interest is to follow Terri's wishes," said Michael Schiavo's lawyer George Felos. "Who in God's name would subject themselves to what he's gone through? . .. He would be unable to live the rest of his life knowing he let Terri down."

Poor Michael… He has really gone through a lot. He has three square meals a day and a woman to keep his bed warm at night while Terri languishes in her prison wondering when they are going to try and kill her again.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Quote: Felos reaffirmed yesterday that Michael Schiavo will receive "no financial benefit from her death." He said what remains in her guardianship account (money won from a malpractice lawsuit 10 years ago), less than $60,000 by his accounting, will be spent on court and medical expenses.

Source: Fla. Woman's Husband Vows Legal Fight, By Hugo Kugiya, Staff Correspondent, October 23, 2003, 8:45 PM EDT

Let me reaffirm that this is hogwash.

Michael Schiavo has plenty to gain from his wife’s death. Have you ever heard of marital assets? That means that everything Michael has is half Terri’s and visa versa. He can’t free up those marital assets until Terri is dead, nor will he be free to marry his girl friend until Terri is dead.

Pay close attention here. This is where the big money comes in. Terri’s case has become huge all around the world. Terri is famous. It is very likely that there are book rights as well as movie and television rights waiting to be sold to the highest bidder, but Terri’s story can’t be sold if it doesn’t have an ending. If they fail to kill Terri all of that future wealth will be thrown out the window.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quote: Judge Greer's decision was based largely on Michael Schiavo's assertion that, before her heart attack, Terri told him she would not want to live on artificial life support, the Miami Herald reported. "She said, 'No tubes for me, ' that kind of thing," Mr. Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Miami Herald.

All you medical professionals out there who have actually witnessed the effects of Starvation and dehydration on a human being please help us inform Mr. Felos that the ‘fading away’ he speaks of involves unspeakable agony and humiliation to the person who is undergoing it.

What happened to Dr Wolfson anyway? O….I remember now… He made some suggestions that might have helped reveal the truth about Terri, and he was immediately removed from the case. Am I the only one that finds that a bit suspicious?

Years ago Americans used to buy snake oil from the back of medicine wagons even though the products they bought were totally useless. People fell for this routine because they had been conditioned to believe that the medicine men were professionals and therefore had to know more about their bodies than they did. After all, the medicine men had a nice wagon and everything, and they made their product sound really good.

George Felos and the Tyrannical judges of Florida have a similar wagon, but they have yoked it around the necks of Terri Schiavo and the American public. The mainstream Media is helping these merchants of death make their product look really good, but I assure you that their snake oil is not only useless, but venomous, and deadly to the American culture.

Nice job!
The bit about the chanting over the harmonium is almost too much to stomach. Hold on, let me plug my theramin in...(yes, I have one that we built from a kit).....
visualize me waving my hands around as the Theramin screams, and I chant..."Felos! Felos! Hell is calling to you!!"

Excellent -- thanks for posting those quotes & your commentary. This Felos quote illustrates their lies and contrivances:

"Each of us...has a right to control our own body. We have a fundamental right to make our own medical treatment choices, and the state doesn't have a right to override our wishes."
In fact, Felos et al have done everything in their power to keep Terri from expressing herself in her own most clear & eloquent way.

Terri has been denied even the most basic care and rehabilitation: those around her are not allowed to give her even a little bit of shaved ice. No swallow tests has been ALLOWED, even though they are mandated, and even though Terri’s life hangs in the balance! Felos will not allow her the benefit of the doubt -- nor will the judges who have been hearing this case.

Terri is not allowed out on outings by her family, even though this is the most normal thing to ask or to do for a person in Terri's situation, just as Michael took her out in the early 90’s.

WHY IS TERRI A PRISONER? What is Felos afraid of??

And the noose is tightening: we must remember that this latest distressing development is still pending: "Petition to Modify Visitation Rules". This petition by Felos can be heard and granted in a heartbeat, and is most ominous.

This is FL engineer’s post of Terri clearly understanding and responding:

.

.

From Terri Big Eyes video available at www.terrisfight.org

Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.

Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...

Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)

Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes

Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)

Doctor: There you go, good.

Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD [!!!] caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )

Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.

.

--------------------

Thank you, FLE, for your work in putting that sequence together for all to see. It doesn't get any clearer than that.

May God bless all these efforts to effect Terri's release. This is a terrible situation, and an indictment of our present culture of convenience, ignorance, and inhumanity. QUITE the opposite of felos' yoga/harmony with self and the universe . . . he is quite deluded, and takes many with him. Oh, God, may the sleepers awaken . . .

In that Terri, "Big Eyes" video, there are some things you don't see in the clip that are very telling. When the clip opens and Terri has her eyes closed, that is just after Dr. H. was moving her eyelids with his hands, checking her eyes and reflexes and so forth. For Terri, that is probably a bit of a workout. So, he gets her to close her eyes tight, asks her to open them. You see the little fluttering - probably indicating that she's working it. Then (and this is what Schiavo's doctors call 'simply reflex') she opens her eyes, turns her head to the doctor and raises her eyebrows dramatically. Then - she turns her head in the other direction. That is where her mum was standing. It is as if to say "Everyone happy? I got it!"

This is nothing like reflex. This is cognitive function, clear response to stimulation and compliance. Compliance is something that requires thought.

Reflex would be the doctor pressing down on the back of Terri's tongue and her gagging as a physical reaction. Reflex does not explain the very animated response to the doctor's request and the very apparent understanding of the request, compliance and success in completion. That involves a WHOLE lot more than simple reflex.

Thanks for the additional info! Esp. that she looked over at her mother after doing this . . . how very human (of course! only the hard-hearted do not see this!) and sweet.

Although Terri with her brain injury cannot live the life she or her family imagined for her, that does not mean hers is not a life worth living. And what does it say of our culture if we believe the only recourse for such a one is "death with dignity"?

What more does it take than these pictures, phenn?

Anyway, I'm sending out Terri's Valentine's Day card today.

Thank you for gathering the quotes.

I hope you send your post to the media. It looks like we have to do their research for them to get them to cover the story, and you have some good research here.

"I wonder how quickly George Felos would change his quote if he was suffering from a severe, debilitating disease himself." No need to wonder, just chain the boy so he cannot raise his arms, then starve the ghoul to death by his own definition! Felos is a disgusting ghoul, but the complicity of the Florida court system, in doing everything to cover their own asses instead of looking at this woman's right to life is what worries me the most ... I wouldn't set foot in that state on a bet! And I'm encouraging my entire immediate family to follow suit, to remove several thousand dollars per year from the Florida 'tourist' funds. The court system is thoroughly corrupted ... that's one huge reason why the dnc chose that state for their criminal behavior in trying to steal the 2000 elections!
