"The Mozilla is great; Netscape is the same as Internet Explorer, ..."
Netscape 7 is Mozilla. No relation to IE :)

I didn't think your post sounded pious at all, let alone overly that way. It was reassuring IMHO. A gentle reminder of where to put your trust. Thanks!

Netscape 7 is Mozilla. No relation to IE :)I don't think she meant that they were literally the same program ... just that the security issues were similar.
This was certainly true for Netscape 4.*, and also to some extent with 6.*. Netscape 7 and especially 7.1 are huge improvements and on balance probably better from a security standpoint than IE.
The latest version of Mozilla (1.6) is a significant improvement on all of them. It hasn't been wrapped into a Netscape distribution, and may never be at this point since Netscape is getting out of the browser business.

Have cats? Maybe a small slice in a cable that would cause the right amount of havoc.

Good catch. If I recall correctly, way back on the original thread, there was something on one of the jihad forums about twin cities. Don't remember what and have no idea where in the 15,000+ posts.

It is the age of "yes men" and "boy wonders" who have fancy degrees, but not a lick of common sense, actual experience or the intelligence to understand they will be used up by the very system they think will elevate them to power. They put the knowledgeable or resourceful out to pasture and those who question authority or make meaningful suggestions become part of our unemployment problem. Whistleblowers or average joes who can foresee what's ahead are dispatched quietly and quickly. Competence is seen as competition IMHO.

There is a Texas border city called Eagle Pass I believe the reservoir there is Falcon Lake/Falcon Park.
Good connect.

Had an interesting chat with a co-worker today. We are high school educators and have been friendly for a decade but have never talked about religion/politics. (I am a news junkie; she's a muslim in hijab.) She and her family are very active in muslim conferences and travel a great deal to the Mid East.
A third party joined our discussion and stated that "we all need to learn more about Islam." The Muslim said, "Of course you do because in ten years, Muslims will be the majority in the world."
Somewhere down the line, I mentioned the al Mahdi and the oft-stated goal to establish the Caliphate and Sharia law across the globe. She had NO idea what I was talking about.
But here she is, a mother of 8 and a grandmother of 28 at last count...someone who travels frequently to the ME and has no clue as to what the fundamentalists are saying.

I happen to be partial to the
