FYI it's being carried live on Cspan. They said coverage starts at 7 pm ET, with the actual caucus at 7:30 pm ET.

Not necessarily, remember Bob Dole said in 1996 that he just did not "have it in me" to go "negative" on Clinton's record. The GOP is often hesitant to draw blood in the water.
