Too bad there isn't a way to reverse the image to see it in a more natural light.
Awesome video of terrorists getting smoked, though.

Thanks, but I saw it earlier and saved a copy to my hard drive..
You might want to drive over to Pensacola Naval Air Station - and sweet talk yourself onto the base and into their media library... If you can't get in there - try the chopper school at Fort Ruker Alabama (NE of Enterprise)....
I'd be willing to bet that they get some outstanding videos from the chopper boys that trained there...
Fort Ruker would be my 1st choice of a shot at some great Army chopper camera video...
I'm still trying to find the time to drive into Southern California and make my bi-annual visit to Camp Pendleton to watch the "movies".....
It's amazing how well they treat us old farts..
Too bad they didn't treat me the same 40 years ago!

The position of the second kill would be standing right next to the tractor, which appears to be rather cold as it does not show up as brightly as the men, would be consistent with someone working on the engine. The first kill could have been someone running for a tool.
Monty22; yes, a lot of farmland. Ever heard of the "Fertile Crescent"? It is in Iraq.

I'm sure the NY Times would rather report about a U.S. chopper going down and how we're in a "quagmire" as opposed to how the good guys are kicking some terrorists thug a$$.

The message should be very clear to all fedayeen still drawing breath: go home and take up peaceful endeavors. Use this wonderful once-in-a-lifetime opportunity America's sons and duaghters have given you, this second chance at a full life that almost no other country in the world had the courage or decency to try to win for you. Strive to build something positive from the ruins of the horrible mess Saddam and his vile sons made of your country. We will meet you more than halfway in peace, as friends. Enjoy life; live old and well.
Or take desperate chances in dark fields where you have nowhere to hide.

The whole video shows the tractor pulling up to the scene. Obviously the engine is running fine. Without seeing the whole video, it is impossible to make an accurate assessment of the situation.

Do you know what happened at the beginning of the video when you can hear the Apache's gun firing but there are no impacts? It happens just after the guy starts running to the left. On the lower right you can see the "Rounds" count drop from 300 to something like 285 (video is so grainy it's tough to make out).

Sorry, no. What you have seen is what I've seen. I haven't found the longer version.

I just was gonna start this download when the local news played it. I am very suprised that they did.
Per usual FR had it first!

Yes, his actions are inconsistent with an innocent person trying to hide after his buddie had been blown to smithereens. He is going for a weapon.

ABCnews had the longer version and was questioning the "Rules of Engagement". That's funny, I don't remember them ever questioning Janet Reno's rules of engagement for arresting fearsome Cuban 6-year olds.

I don't think that it is night. Look behind the tractor, you can see the faint lines of where a harrow or cultivator has disturbed the soil.

"If you can't get in there - try the chopper school at Fort Ruker Alabama (NE of Enterprise).... " I know the area well, my parents are/were from that area. I have relatives whose graves there were moved decades ago when the fort (we called it 'camp' then) was expanded.
BTW, Enterprise has the only statue in the world that honors an insect, the boll weevil.
