Following up on Samwise's suggestion, and a couple other posters on this sometimes-interesting thread:
Would it make sense for FR to have a "STATISTICS" link on the front page? Click on that link and it would offer a list of all types of statistical information, present and historical, that various sources and subpages have to offer. Enough posters here are interested in stats, including me, that this might be worthwhile.
