Thank you Military men and Canteen guyz for warming the Canteen this Christmas night with this cozy fire. I've said it before and I'll say it again....y'all are the best!! *HUGZ*

Hubby's doing that "deep sigh" thing because we're supposed to spend the evening at an annual get-together with some friends....and guess who isn't ready yet. LOL!!
I'll stop back in when we get home. In the meantime, everyone have a wonderful Christmas night.
And to our troops serving at home and abroad, no matter where I am my thoughts are always with you. You're all my heros!

Christmas dinnerat the Coast Guard base was Prime Rib and Ham,
plus the usual side dishes.
Great dessert selection also.

Suprise of the day :
When I arrived at the base the OOD (Officer of the Deck)
told me there was a package for me.
It was from radu.
She made a unique stained glass star that had red, white and blue glass rays.
The card and note were addressed to the crew Thanking them for their service.
Well the crew that was there today loved it!
Thank YOU radu!

PS All reports were done before I ate dinner.
Everything, including today's reports were done.
