Wesley Clark's 100 Year Vision Plan on Website Fails to Mention Military

Sometimes you can tell more about a person from what he does not say than from what he does. This certainly is true in the case of the pompous "100 Year Vision" statement put up by General Clark on his campaign website.
A collection of neo-leftist, politically correct and poll-tested jargon, it tries to project Clark as something of a visionary. But while the carefully worded, consultant vetted rambling essay discusses things such as "American ecosystems", "bioethics", and "smoothing the business cycle", it leaves out the paramount concern of our time, the terror attack on the United States and the rise of Islamic terrorism, and our military response to it.
In doing so, Clark reveals he is simply a puppet of the DNC, shamelessly flaunting his military career to imply he is better qualified to be the president, while lacking vision and foresight on the single most important issue of the day.
In addition, the fact that Clark is now loved by avowed military haters like Charlie Rangel of New York, should leave no one in doubt that if Clark ever became the President, he would start hacking down and dismantling US military prowess with a vengeance not seen since the days of Vietnam.

Just over a hundred years ago, many thought the Wright brothers were nuts to envision flight. Nutcase Clark honestly thinks
he can project l00 years into the future.
Gimme a break, and an aspirin. He makes my head hurt.

I'm surprised this guy hasn't been named "loser of the year" You got that right. The xlintons are using him as a stooge and he doesn't know it. When it's all said and done the xlintons will drop him like a hot potato, with some kind of excuse that Clark will eat up.

WW III is a bleating crackpot. Wasn't it a French general that told Clark he wasni't going to start WWIII with the russians because Clark wanted to take the Airport by force in Kosovo. That's how wacko this guy is. To be told that by a Frenchman makes it that much worse in my book.

And 75 years ago, the New York Times stated categorically that rockets were impossible, and 25 years ago we were informed that Ronald Reagan was crazy and we better just learn to live with the Soviet Union, etc. You could go on for hours. The commies can't even get a 5 year plan right. Focus on principle, let the details fall into place.

Excellent post and excellent points. Weasel Clark is nothing but a lump of inert filler served up in a bowl of Clinton soup.

"...should leave no one in doubt that if Clark ever became the President, he would start hacking down and dismantling US military prowess with a vengeance not seen since the days of Vietnam." In other words, a President Weasley Clark (think about that...) would do exactly as he was told -- by his superiors, the Clintons.

It was also 25 years ago that the national news magazines were warning us of the coming global freeze-- caused by man made pollution, don't you see?

"100 year vision?"
Leave it to a liberal to make such grand pronouncements concerning the future of America.
You would think this idiot fashions himself Caesar. Hillary Clinton's servile lapdog certainly is arrogant and stupid, isn't he?

It was a British general, I believe, but Clark is no less an idiot!

Yo Weasly, you will barely be a footnote two years from now. Don't be so sure. Look at Algore and Gephardt. They both lost to Dukakis. They didn't disappear from politics. Instead, through hard work and perseverance they have managed to lose over and over again.

Wesley Clark is a "visionary" in the same vein Timothy Leary was a visionary. Technically speaking, I thing Mr. Clark wasn't allowed to use that stuff, at least, while he was in the military.
