Exactly. They wouldn't raise the threat alert level to "HIGH" -- which is what orange really means, without having a great deal of credible information. The only thing higher than orange, or HIGH, is RED, which means threat is IMMINENT, which they will do, as the nuke goes off.

My point is really that short of an attack actually happening right now, orange or HIGH is the highest they can go, and they don't raise that without serious consideration and information.

Also note the attacks warning is for "during the holidays AND BEYOND".
