Darrick Dean expertly shows why young-earthism is NOT the literal interpretation of the Bible, why it has no scientific or biblical evidence and why skeptics use it as the primary reason not to believe in Christianity. Young-earthism is one of the greatest contributors to the intellectual decline of Christianity in the last 40 years.
For open-minded individuals who test what they are told, see
http://www.geocities.com/darrickdean/cr2.html for more on young-earthism. Better yet, in Dean's book, he lays out the fundamental, unarguable truths of logic and critical thinking then applies them to history, science and religion (including young-earthism). It's a great guide/intro for those who don't want to be bamboozeled by others and want to keep a sharp mind.
http://www.geocities.com/darrickdean/truth.html As for "Darrick Dean is not a reliable source, being an apparent follower of Hugh Ross" great ad hominem/"guilt by association attack", this type of illogic is the best young-earthers can do.
