That is correct. My point is that the FEC doesn't ask for reporting of small individual contributions in the same manner they do contributions over $250. In other words, it is much easier for a foreign national to donate a small amount and be undetected, than a large amount.

Send this information, first and foremost, to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and as many news outlets as you can think of, such as O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc.

I'm no expert in campaign finance laws, but it may be that I think foreign donations are ok if you do not take federal funds. Or they may not be ok. I'm not sure.

I am sure that Clinton took both federal money and foreign donations. Bush in 2000 was the second candidate to refuse federal funds. Connolly in 1980 was the first I think.
