The end result of life is death.
Just go away. BTW, I'm an ex vegetarian who decided people who decry the eating of meat to be immoral.

News flash...the end result of ANYTHING is death.
The result of my driving is getting me to work
Walking would get you there, too.

Bears, refineries. New Jersey has it all. Great state.

hey man don't pay warchild any attention. he gets on all these hunting threads spouting his anti hunting garbage. don't let him get you riled he's a regular on these threads.

Very manly reply. "Go away" doesn't advance the discussion. (Usually, I get variations on "Go back to DU, you liberal!" Equally inane.

...one of everything...
Bald Eagle? Spotted Owl? Actually they both do taste a lot like Trumpeter Swans. :-D
To: flashbunny
I never thought of that! Well, in that case, I'm a former body building champion and current world champion burrito eater.

I lived in Bayonne for several years. You forgot gasoline spills and Mafia grandmothers.

But this is so much fun!

News Flash: the deliberate end of hunting is killing.
To: warchild9
They are killing for fun? I don't support that. I'm against trophy hunting. I hope and pray that all the meat is utilized.

So hunting for reasons other than fun is acceptable?

Thanks for recognizing me. I admit my role, though this is the first hunting thread I've been able to troll if a while. (My private Freepmail discussions of these things initiate are usually quite enlightening, which is why I do it. You don't think I care about the attitudes of manly hunting men, do you?)
Still, hunting is killing for fun. Killing for fun is sick.
To: dsmatuska
Get real. I'm talking legal beasts. I've even eaten otter and mole (my father made me eat anything I killed).
To: warchild9
Gasoline spills. Oh yeah. And that distinct odor as one approaches NYC on the NJ Turnpike. Really though, I'd be hard pressed to think of another state with such diverse resources in such a small area. Never thought of bear hunting in NJ. I thought the white man scared all the bears westward. Ho!
To: agrace
People in remote locations, such as Appalachia, hunt for their suppers. They have no choice. There's also hunting for bear in NJ for ecological reasons--a sad necessity. My comments are against killing animals for fun. Some people stake a lot of their respective manhoods on this. It's easy to tell who they are.

the deliberate end of hunting is killing.Yeah, much better to head to the local supermarket. Need a tissue?

Not all hunting is killing for fun. Hunting helped my brothers and I supply our family with fresh meat for our table for many years.

If one gets away from the city, New Jersey is actually quite beautiful. The area around Princeton, in particular, is nice. Reminded me of home when I was living there.

I don't think I'd ever use that as a pick-up line.
