most chases like these are for traffic offenses and minor drug possession. the insanity is that they would chase someone for this, and risk innocent lives of bystanders. get her plate number, follow her by helipcopter, stop chasing her, pick her up later. only violent perpetrators should be chased. i don't want to die in an accident because they are chasing someone for speeding.
