1. Shut up and let the masses from whatever camp speculate about your intentions.
2. But don't let the "buzz" fizzle. Orchestrate the placing of favorable and well-timed "bits" about you in the type of national media where surface scratching necessarily precludes in-depth reporting or the asking of hardball questions. Think Parade or Entertainment Tonight.
3. Take detailed notes during the political season preceding the primaries, as the interested collection of early risers, entitled, ennobled, and late bloomers try to outspend, out-bicker, and outright whore themselves distilling mob consensus from the equilvalent of a national focus-group.
4. Don't forget you're a junior US Senator with prepubescent voter-mandated political experience. Notwithstanding that a seat on an "A" tier Congressional Committee historically follows both the paying of ones dues and a tenured respect regarding the established pecking order, leverage your unprecedented appointment to the Armed Services Committee in appearing authoritative and expert regarding domestic affairs and foreign policy. Thanksgiving photo-ops with beleaguered Servicepersons may become necessary.
5. But don't appear Presidential, to which the prerequisite concerning a tangible vision or, more specifically, the lack thereof might attract just the sort of premature attention that Rule #3 seeks to avoid.

This just about seals it...she's running. Won't throw her grimy garter into the ring until just before, or during, the convention.
A MAJOR mobilization to destroy her attempt at the Presidency is needed....anybody got a plan. 45% of women do not see through the charade that she is every waking moment.
If she were ever to gain power, you can kiss this nation goodbye....and if Clark were to be her running mate, we'd be forced to bow to Mecca a min of twice a day before the vote count was final!

She is running right now. It is just a question when she makes it public and binds herself to campaign laws.IMO, she's getting in at the Democrat Convention, "to save the party". She's running alright.
IMO, anyone who can't see it may be in denial. This seems a little like a parallel to Germany in the 30's when Europe and Germany itself did not see what Hitler was doing, before he "accomplished" it. IMO, many are closing their eyes to what is obvious about that evil woman.
