She is running right now. It is just a question when she makes it public and binds herself to campaign laws.

IMO, she's getting in at the Democrat Convention, "to save the party". She's running alright.

IMO, anyone who can't see it may be in denial. This seems a little like a parallel to Germany in the 30's when Europe and Germany itself did not see what Hitler was doing, before he "accomplished" it. IMO, many are closing their eyes to what is obvious about that evil woman.
