Eat your heart out, Ronald Reagan! George W. Bush has made you look like a rank amateur. His Thanksgiving Day publicity stunt in Baghdad was the stuff of true genius.
Take a back seat, Mr. Great Communicator. "Win one for the Gipper" just doesn't cut it any more. This is the new millennium. Bush rules!

"What person who loves his country would not detest a man dedicated to ruining it?"Ask yourself two questions after reading this sludge:
1. Does this person really love his country, or does he really just love a liberal at the helm? Does the author strike you as someone who is wearing a flag lapel pin as he dashes out this tripe?
2. Does W strike you as someone who has evil intent in his heart to destroy his own country? Will Americans buy that notion, now that they've seen him in action?

In a deposition, Neil was asked: "Mr. Bush, you have to admit it's a pretty remarkable thing for a man just to go to a hotel room door and open it and have a woman standing there and have sex with her." "It was very unusual," Neil replied.
Happens to me all the time - doesn't it to everybody?
I also thought that sex was a "private matter" in politics.

>>>>I'm no hero.
Very true. It's good when a man is accurately modest. Either Mark Twain or Oscar Wilde once described self-loathing as the most accurate human emotion. Whichever said that, must have known a guy like Harley Sorenson.
>>>>>>Aw, shucks, I'm just a regular guy,
No, Harley, you're King Richard of The Self-Selecting Elite.
>>>>>>>>I honestly don't feel I should be given a comparable ribbon for Highway 101 combat.
The HCl enema with Oak Leaf Cluster is far more appropriate an acclimation for most of The San Fransisco Chronicle's editorial staff. I'm sure Mark Morford would enjoy giving Harley the works.

Do I still detest Bush? Most assuredly. I remember all the Clinton hatred back when he was president. To this day, I think it was kind of stupid.
But I dont recall seeing THIS kind of hatred displayed with such carelessness before. Maybe I am wrong and there were words like this published during "The Toons" administration, I just don't recall seeing it like that..

Wow...what a collection of hatred and bile... And no mention of Hillery's little publicity stunt visiting troops...probably because the reactions of the soldiers to Hitlery was quite different from the joyous, happy, heartfelt thanks given to President Bush as he risked his life to visit them.
Hillery wasn't in any danger though. Why would the terrorists try to hurt their biggest ally, especially since Bill and Hillery let them run unchallenged for 8 years?
These leftists are just so full of hatred for everything good and, well, right in the world. And you just can't reason with them. My uncle is a teacher and fully indoctrinated in the Left, even though he lives a very conservative life and is a big hunter. I avoided as much politics as I could this Thanksgiving, but was biting my lip to keep from going off at the lies he recited. And the worst thing is, they are the same lies verbatum that the National Socialist DNC puts out. But what can I say, like their mentors (Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Kim Ill Jung and son), the democrates are very good at brainwashing.

I agree. While there was indeed hatred for Clinton, most of that hatred was from the peanut gallery and the liberal-described "right-wing" fringe. I see much more Bush hatred within the mainstream, Democratic establishment. And unlike the right-wing fringe that was marginalized and rediculed as "Clinton Haters," the Bush Haters are rationalized and defended...even when they appear in mainstream publications.

But I dont recall seeing THIS kind of hatred displayed with such carelessness before. Maybe I am wrong and there were words like this published during "The Toons" administration, I just don't recall seeing it like that.. You didn't see this during Clinton mainly because the charges against him were not "just about sex" or just because of his party affiliation.
Clinton is hated for his abuse of justice: Interferring with federal investigations (multiple times), Using the FBI to "investigate" adversaries, Using the IRS to "audit" any perceived adversaries, Using stong-arm tactics to silence witnesses, and perjury.
Clinton is hated for ignoring the defense of his country and putting us in the situation we are in now: a fight for our lives. He ignored several progressivly larger terrorist attacks, Hamstrung CIA assets to combat the terroists, Forced the Armed foreces to become social experiments instead of concentrating on defending the USA, Deployed the Armed Forces to numerous, non-national interest areas with no "exit strategy" and no clear goals (Bosnia, Hati, Kosovo, etc.... But, oddly, not Ruwanda).
Clinton is hated because he sold out America for campaign money from the Chinese, who view us as their largest military rival for world power and a possible/probable military enemy in the next 10 years.
But even with all these charges, including those that could be considered treasonous in nature, the written articles about Clinton were always more than a little respectfull. This trash written about President Bush is just that: Hatefull, Ignorant, Disgusting Trash straight from the NAZI propoganda playbook Hitler (another national socialist environmentalist wacko) used to discredit his enemies.

Oxygen thieves like Sorenson make me ask myself if there are some "Americans" I wouldn't mind seeing thrown out of the country. I thought that I could tolerate all differences of opinions among fellow Americans as long as I believed the person I disagreed with had the best interests of the country at heart. Sorenson truly makes the case that our constitution is one great document allowing such poor excuses for humanity like Harley to legally dwell inside our borders.

Does W strike you as someone who has evil intent in his heart to destroy his own country? Will Americans buy that notion, now that they've seen him in action? I'd say that a president (and unelected co-president) who opted to reduce the soverign status of the United States Of America and aid our enemies' weapons program had evil intent to destroy his "own" country. That president had a Secretary of State who said that she was afraid of the US being the world's loan superpower.
The global socialists don't like America being a wealthy nation and certainly not one that doesn't "share" with everyone. Communists, socialists, and anarchists are all fifth columnists in our midst who seek to tear down the American government.
Europe is going national with the EU. The only criticism that this idiot could claim is that President Bush is souring relations with Europeans (who as I say, are already giving up their sovereignty). If it puts up a barrier between the US becoming a part of the EU-SSR, so be it; I'm all for that wedge.
America is still here. President Bush isn't sending the jobs overseas, they've been going. President Bush isn't sending military technology to enemy nations. President Bush isn't partnered with radicals who seek to tear down our constitutional form of government.
President Bush could end the use of Executive Orders. President Bush could fight efforts to create new entitlement programs. But this president is not "destroying America". Elect another person president and your milage may vary.

Certainly there will always be things we (you, I, others) might want this president to do or not do or do differently. But, you're right - he's hardly the anti-Christ that the Left (and even some freaks on the right) seems to think he is. I've never seen people with such a hate-on for another person. Somehow I'm now convinced that Leftists would leave their young boys with Jacko before they'd drop them off at the White House to spend an evening with the George and Laura.

The peanut gallery are those of us who basically view the process from sidelines. We aren't part of the establishment or media pundintry...although our voices are valid. Unfortunatley, Bush hatred doesn't just permiate from the sidelines, but from the mainstream establishment, were you have politicians, celebrities, academics and even so-called objective journalists, partaking in this vitriol. I even hear there's a Hollywood Bush-Bash tonite. It isn't just the "fringe" or the peanut gallery, which is were the liberal media described most the the Clinton hatred coming from; it's from the very core of the Democratic Party.
