Moderator note: I know it's going to be tough, but, please watch the calls for violence against this creature.
In a demoralizing message to U.S. soldiers serving in Iraq, visiting New York Sen. Hillary Clinton told them that Americans back home are growing increasingly skeptical of President Bush's decision to send them into battle.
Describing two meetings with G.I.s over turkey dinners in Baghdad, Sen. Clinton told reporters later that soldiers wanted to know "how the people at home feel about what we are doing."
Clinton said she told the troops, "Americans are wholeheartedly proud of what you are doing but there are many questions at home about the (Bush) administration's policies."
She also suggested that the U.S. could eventually loose the war in Iraq, contending, "We have to exert all of our efforts militarily, but the outcome is not assured."
Despite her sour pronouncements, the former first lady insisted that the soldiers were just as glad to see her as they were President Bush, whose surprise visit less than 24-hours earlier was greeted with standing ovations.
"It's a positive for the commander-in-chief to visit troops in the field," Clinton told reporters, adding, "the troops [also] seemed to appreciate seeing myself."
Speaking from a secure location just over the Kuwaiti border, Mrs. Clinton launched one verbal salvo after another at the White House, arguing that Bush officials had been "obsessed" with getting Saddam Hussein and saying the perception blinded them to the difficulties of deposing his regime.
"The Pentagon tried to make do with as few troops as possible, as light a footprint as they could get away with," Clinton said. "Now, we're playing catchup . . . Unfortunately, I don't think they fully appreciated the conditions we would encounter."
The top Democrat also reprised her charge that the White House is being less than candid when it comes to apprising the American people of the costs of the war.
"The obstacles and problems here are much greater than the administration usually admits to," she said, adding, "Everybody has to be honest."

I won't even offer up any information to you on this thread with how Indian Casinoes become an umbrella for other businesses to avoid taxes....
I think that is for another time.

Actually, I was thinking about that, after I found out that information....then I tried thinking about, for what other possible reason would she have picked New York? She could have easily gone to New Jersey...they're a bunch of wacked out liberals over there....but I believe they DO have a recall.....hmmmmmmmm.

I often wonder at times how rigged the polls are too.
I've seen an article 'here' and 'there' suggesting they can be hacked. I've seen other articles 'here' and 'there' leading me to WONDER if they do get hacked.

Seriously, in my late night research last night, I came across this site:
http://www.judgewatch.org I was reading the current court case in there...I'm getting the direct impression Hillary is trying to have this woman, Elena Sassower, arrested for speaking out against the system.
...scroll the site for more background.

What else can we do about this situation at hand?About Her, see I can't even say her name she disgusts me to no end.
She has never responded to a dam thing here that hasn't involved some political crap. People are fed up with her here in Buffalo, I tell people all the time as much about her as I can. Gad, during the election I came this close to getting into a brawl with a guy. By the end of a 45 minute arguement the guy shook my hand and agreed to vote Lazio. To top it off he said he would vote for me if I was running. You really have to work the trenches.
The people here are so uneducated here in the political turmoil, and that's what it is "turmoil". This area is so down economically ya can't think of anything except how to pay your next bill.
The worst part is that if you start getting involved you lose so much time being involved the income suffers. It's like a full time job on it's own.
Then when the people you work for to get elected stab you in the back for some political advantage of their own. Like what the Erie County Executive did to me, and then they wonder why your pissed off at them.
I think the people are finding out about her and how low she'll go. The worst part is they will pull the demhandle cause they are so scarred of the Republicans....
I will continue to work in the trenches everyday to take her down. I like a good fight!

That is how it is in NJ too. That is how it is done. This is why so many are disenchanted. Normal people with families are kept busy treading water. They don't have time, sanity or money for politics. We need to talk. Not on the message board though. I'll see how well I do in freep mail. There are a few on FR that I have meet with that can add more. There is a solution.

Take a look at this site too when you have a moment. I posted it before to nicmarlo. All NYers need to review this

Thank you for the tip about sending letters and phone calls and I'll write my Senator (John Warner). While we may not get responses personally from other Congressmen, the emails should at least send up a few flags.
I am also aware that Hillary strikes a cord of fear in most of our politicians and it would be a strong man indeed to go up against her. This fear emboldens her and gives her an incredible amount of power that under other circumstances she would not enjoy. Let's hope our representatives take a cue from Dubya and take a strong dose of spine stiffener real soon.
To: Mia T
I know there were a lot of freepers looking for this. Let's all promise to ping each other as soon as it is (hopefully) found.
