Terrorists are a worldwide plague, and we have to engage worldwide assets to hunt them down. The Germans have great experience with hunting down terrorist cells. The French have experience that we can use. And while I applaud the recent efforts of this administration to engage diplomatic channels to try to make up with old Europe, we've got a lot of work to do to make up, to say, "OK guys, we insulted you last week, but here's some Krispy Kremes and let's make up."
