The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.

The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

Praise the Lord,,I think it is Bo Dietl who called Michael correctly,,said he wasn't just immature but had a sickness that went pretty far. He really put chris matthews straight. Matthews is a left wing fool as are most of them. When I think this man had kids all around him at a presidential inauguration on national tv I truly want to throw up.

Bo Dietl is a strange one. He really p'd me off the other night on "Scarborough Country" bashing Rush. He can go either way, and it's always strange to see what side he ends up on. I guess when it comes to kids, he falls down on the right side. ;)

According to sources, the boy who made the allegations was a cancer patient whose "last wish" was to meet Jackson at a time that his friends and family feared his illness was worsening.

And his parents ALLOWED him to spend time at Neverland? How CLUELESS are they?

But it was Jamie Masada, who runs a summer camp for under privileged children which the Arvizos attended, who brought the family and Jackson together.

HOLY CRAP!!!!!

Sorry for the expletive but I actually know/knew Jamie Masada VERY WELL. He runs the Laugh Factory in L.A. and I don't just know him, he was my best friend for a long time when I lived in L.A.. Jamie has his faults (like we all do) but what I read here DOES NOT COMPUTE! As I said I really knew him well (was on the phone to him almost daily). Sorry folks, I have to read MORE about this.

He won't commit suicide as Jacko sees nothing wrong with his behavior.

Exactly!

And I heard today that law enforcement is looking at charges on the other "enablers" at the "ranch."

Parents who, if it's correct that the boy is "Gavin Arvizo" from the video, might actually not know about the previous charges. If that's possible. I found this quote from Gavin's dad from the NY Daily News:

In the documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" by British journalist Martin Bashir, Gavin Arvizo, 12, describes sharing a bed with the entertainer.

"It's obvious that Gavin shouldn't be up on Jackson's ranch on his own and unsupervised," Gavin's outraged outraged dad, David Arvizo, told the Daily Mirror.

And here's what MOM has to say about the situation, (back then, after the video) ... (BTW - THE WEIRD FONTS AREN'T MINE):

Mother of Jackson's 12-year-old friend speaks out
By Karin Goodwin

The mother of Gavin Arvizo, the 12-year-old who sparked controversyÊbyÊrevealingÊhe shares a bedroom with Michael Jackson,ÊhasÊspokenÊoutÊin support of the beleaguered star.

JanetÊArvizoÊsaidÊsheÊis not worried and is happy leaving her children in Jackson's care. She added: ÒAll of my kids have stayed over with Michael. I am comfortable with that. They are happy with him and are hoping to travel the world with him. He is their angel.Ó

Surviving on benefits, single mother Arvizo brought up her threeÊchildrenÊDavelin,Ê16, Gavin, 12, and Star, 11, in a run-down district of Los Angeles before Jackson lifted the family out of poverty.

But it was Jamie Masada, who runs a summer camp for under privileged children which the Arvizos attended, who brought the family and Jackson together.

ÒThey were living in a stable with the hay and the horses for a long time,Ó Masada said.

When Gavin was diagnosed with cancer his spleen and one of his kidneys were removed and he was given just two weeks to live. Masada then asked him for a wish list of celebrities that he'd most like to meet.

Although Jackson came third onÊtheÊlist,ÊafterÊcomedians Adam Sandler and Chris Tucker, Masada contacted Quincy Jones who spoke to the singer and arranged a two-day visit for the family to the Neverland ranch.

The Arvizos now live in a comfortable flat and own a car paid for by Jackson and Gavin refersÊtoÊtheÊsingerÊasÊhis father, telling his mother: ÒI am living for my daddy, Michael.Ó

MasadaÊsaid:ÊÒNoÊmatter whatÊpeopleÊmayÊsayÊabout Michael Jackson, he came in and has helped this boy survive.

ÒGavin said they had fun and played games. Gavin is not a na•ve kid. He would have said if something bad had happened.Ó

In last week's documentary, Living With Michael Jackson, JacksonÊrevealedÊthatÊGavin and Star had shared his bed while he slept in a sleeping bag on the floor.

HeÊsaidÊheÊhadÊalsoÊhad child star Macaulay Culkin and his brothers and sisters to stay overnight, but said he believed he was doing nothing wrong.

ÒWhy can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone,Ó he said in the show.

Yet in light of sexual allegations made against Jackson in 1993, when a 13-year-old boy accused him of abuse, many find his revelations worrying.

The singer reached a multi-million-dollarÊout-of-court settlement with the boy's family and the case remains Òopen butÊinactiveÓ,ÊaccordingÊto Santa BarbaraÊCountyÊdistrict attorney Thomas Sneddon.

Although Sneddon said last week it was not an offence in California to sleep in the same bed as a minor, the charity Prevent Child Abuse in California is seeking further investigations .

President Gloria Gruber said: ÒIn light of the fact that 10 years ago there was a pro secution, which was then drop ped, leads us to further concern.

ÒWe did actually request the district attorney to launch an investigation and to interview children, as well as parents of children,ÊwhoÊdoÊallow Michael to sleep over .Ó

But there has been a rush to support the star. Debbie Rowe, theÊmotherÊofÊhisÊfirstÊtwo children, described him as a Òwonderful, loving, caring manÓ who had been misrepresented.

BritishÊmotherÊGaynor Morgan, the daughter of former ScotlandÊandÊManchester UnitedÊfootballerÊWillie Morgan, said Jackson had been condemnedÊtooÊquickly.Ê To show her faith in him she plans to visit Neverland later this year with her 10-year-old son .

SalesÊofÊMichaelÊJackson's Greatest Hits have soared byÊ1000%ÊfromÊlastÊweek, accordingÊtoÊmusicÊexperts, suggesting the public are still supporting the singer.

Jackson has complained to TVÊwatchdogsÊaboutÊhis portrayalÊinÊtheÊfilmÊandÊa statementÊreleasedÊonÊhis behalf said:Ê ÒMichaelÊJacksonÊhas never, and would never, treat a childÊinappropriatelyÊor expose them to any harm, andÊtotallyÊrefutesÊany suggestions to the contrary.Ó

So, according to you, if yesterday I didn't think the charge of child molesting had been proven, I am defending a sexual predator?

Not a good parse.

Your "can we make it a threesome?" post was chiming along with "I don't think he's a child molester," "I just don't think he's a sexual predator," and "We seem to be in the minority here."

That's a long walk from "[you] didn't think the charge of child molesting had been proven."

And if today, on a completely different thread, I ask somebody if that is the same boy that was in the video, you contend that you somehow have "connected the dots" that I'm once again defending Michael Jackson?

Again, this won't work.

Your post on this thread was "You don't suppose this is the cancer boy who was in that disturbing video with him, do you?"

The point-counterpoint is that yesterday you didn't think Jackson was a child molester, or a sexual predator, but today you think the video of Jackson and the boy with cancer was "disturbing."

I find a rather vast difference beteen your sentiment of yesterday and that of today.

What changed for you?

I bet the mother already knew what was going on but after all that praising of MJ, she couldn't bring herself to press charges against him. She probably sent her child to a therapist hoping he would be the one who would tell the authority.

You gotta be kidding me alright. Blame the victim. There is plenty of evidence that Jackson is a pervert, and it is time his friends, fans, and others stop trying to make excuses for him before he hurts more kids!

My God, the way he treats his own children is downright scary! This man child needs to go down this time!

I can ABSOLUTELY VOUCH that Jamie Masada is a good guy. Unfortunately his name has now entered this case. Believe me when I tell you that I knew Jamie VERY WELL and helped manage the Laugh Factory for a while. Man, this is really hard to believe!!! Until just now the Jacko story was just another news story (although a big story) to me but now it is affecting someone that I knew extremely well. One thing, Jamie is sort of anamolie in Hollywood in that he is very conservative politically although he doesn't talk about his politics except to close friends.

Again, I am having trouble absorbing this. If you ever had a friend involved in a major news story it suddenly takes on a whole other texture.

The point-counterpoint is that yesterday you didn't think Jackson was a child molester, or a sexual predator...

Speaking of parsing -- not to mention putting words in somebody's mouth -- I didn't think it had been PROVEN; not that a small think like "waiting to hear the charges and/or results would mean anything to you, as is so obvious in your little posts where you slammed the four of us -- without pinging us, of course.

...but today you think the video of Jackson and the boy with cancer was "disturbing."

And just so you'll know, I thought the video was "disturbing" the minute I saw it.

Quite frankly, I believe you're baiting us all, hoping for some kind of confrontation, your usual M.O.; I think I will take Hildy's advice and stop.
