I can't see how any parent would let their child stay with Micheal. This is really a sad story.

If he wasn't a celeb, this pervert would have been off the streets years ago. Apparently you can molest children at Neverland, just not in your local park.

Does this mean I can stop hearing about Scott Peterson yet?

Yes, unless they are at same court house. Do yuo think the TV folks will be hanging out at Peterson's when they can be at Jackson's ?

The news conference is very funny! if this would hurt his upcoming CD release that would be an added bonus.

Hopefully Jacko will crowd out Kobe Bryant and Scott Peterson.

Law was changed after last MJ case...
This case is different...
Children previously could not be compelled to testify in molestation cases, this is no longer the case...
LE had no knowledge of release of new MJ album...
LE has cooperative victim, unlike last time...

This year's trial of the century.

we no longer have annual trials of the century. they are now on held on a quarterly basis, with the laci underalls, kobe, and now michael cases already having consumed the first three quarters of 2004. room for one more next year, then we'll be into 2005. here's hoping there's no need to move to a monthly system. geraldo and the other cliche makers are already working overtime.

I think you mean Bond. Bail is 10% of bond, 90% of which you get back.

Yes, unless they are at same court house.

Don't they have the same lawyer?

RUMOR CONTROL:

1) Warrants delayed during Halloween.
2) His release of new CD has NO effect on investigation and is a "bunk" arguement".
3) Regarding Child Protective Services= Not involved at this time, BUT........looking into it in regard to his own children. It is up to local Santa Barbara people to look into the petition to appoint council and guardian to MJ's children.
4) Copies of factual news releases are now being distributed, along with department releases.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Now that the money had dried up, it's time to collect before it is all gone.

..like watching a bad car wreck: You peek through your fingers to see, but you're kind of embarrassed by looking.

Yeah, really. Well, when a single man with no kids startd BUILDING his own theme park, zoo and lolli pop factory on his premises maybe some flags should have gone up.

It is such an strange story. It is almost like he develops infatuations with certain boys and then builds some kind of make believe relationship with them.

These parents should be held accountable also.
