Yes, unless they are at same court house. Do yuo think the TV folks will be hanging out at Peterson's when they can be at Jackson's ?meaning that scott's press agent will probably advise him to shoot his lawyer outside the courthouse on a dayt when michael is getting hammered inside.

Garagose (Scott's atty) is going to represent Jackson, per FoxNews. Gloria Alread will be hopping mad. She has some kind of vendetta against Jackson--probably because Jackson didn't hire her for previous representations.
