I wish you hadn't said that. My little niece has a toy that plays that song and after she leaves here that tune runs through my head for at least an hour. Now just reading it did it to me and I notice that my fingers are typing with the rythm of it. Actually, in hindsight, I wish I had not used that reply in answer to that post. Although I'm obviously just kidding around - rather than have my blood boil over this story - it does sound as if I'm condoning such irresponsible behavior of the parents. I'm certainly not.

It is ironic that homosexual marriage forced by the mass supreme court the day before this case. Eliminating the age of consent is the next goal of homosexuals.
Will Lisa Marie Presly be called to testify on the issue if the marriage was ever consumated or was she just a beard?

Couldn't a victim sue for damages AFTER (and if) Jackson is found guilty?

Any paper in the world. It's a well known fact; it's been reported for a long time.

Later today, Jackson will be declared a fugitive from justice, followed by a slow-speed chase with Bubbles the Chimp driving the white Bronco.LOL!...hopefully they both chomp on a shotgun barrel.

"yes it is he's broke." I heard last night that the NeverLand Ranch was 27,000 acres. That can't be cheap in that area.

If the kid's parents okayed his visits with Jacko they should be shot. Assuming he had parents. Could be he didn't and was an easy target.
They should've at least suspected that Jacko was a molester after '93. Maybe they were blinded by the fame and glitter.
To all of the parents who allow your kids to be around Jacko -- enough excuses, stop!!!

The Supreme Court's vacating in light of Lawrence the Limon judgment for the molestation of a 14-year-old shows that those justices think their decision has implications for child molestation.

John Kerry served in Vietnam? I did not know that. It's probably idiot Bush's fault that I didn't.

No.
Bail is the amount you must deposit to be released from jail.
That can be done in many forms. Cash, stock, property, etc. If you post this kind of bail, after the trial, if you haven't fled, you get 100% of it back. If you flee, you lose it.
Most people are not in a position to post cash or even property bail. Hence the bail bondsman. For a fee of 10% of the bail amount, he will post his bond as your bail. At the end of the day, if you don't flee, he gets his bond back and keeps your 10% as his fee. If you flee, the state makes him pay the bond amount. And he'll be sending bounty hunters after you.

I wonder how his supposedly closest and most 'intimate' friends such as Liz Taylor couldn't have known or at least suspected what was going on? Not that I'm pre-judging..wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Even if he gets out of this his career is kaput.
