There is no possible way this can fall under the jurisdiction of the Ninth Circuit Court is there?
To: VRWC_minion
Yes, unless they are at same court house. Do yuo think the TV folks will be hanging out at Peterson's when they can be at Jackson's ?meaning that scott's press agent will probably advise him to shoot his lawyer outside the courthouse on a dayt when michael is getting hammered inside.

How can there be a bail amount. In most States the warrant judge will set a bond either on a schedule or at a level which the judge deems proper due to the charges. Additionally, prosecutors may make bail recommendations if there is specific and individual information relating to the offense or the defendant which would make a more traditional bail inappropriate (These recommendations can be for higher or lower bail).

It's about time. They have an opening in the cell where the pedophile priest was murder.

I can't see how any parent would let their child stay with Micheal. It's as simple as A - B - C, 1 - 2 - 3...

they govt. failure to arrest him many years ago and his "community" support of famous enablers and race baiters...meant many more victims had to be sacrificed before he was brought to justice..

Hopefully Jacko will crowd out Kobe Bryant and Scott Peterson. Jacko is filler between the two. Arrest timed when the Peterson story finished for now. Maximization of cable tv profits, naturally...

You are exactly right. This is just pure BS. His attorney will make arrangements for him to turn himself in at an appointed time and place. A judge will set the bail based upon the judge's analysis of the charges and flight risk, which seem minimal.
In my opinion, any charges should not be brought against Jackson. Rather, any parents who allowed their son to be in or near Jackson deserve to be prosecuted for child endangerment. What parent in his/her right ming would ever have allowed their child to spend time with this known pervert?

Sad that these children had to suffer, but I'm glad to see we'll be getting this freak off the street...I'd like to see something done to the parents who allowed their children to be around him...child endangerment or something along those lines.

All child molesters (after a fair trial and guilty verdict) should be "Geoghanized".
