You are exactly right. This is just pure BS. His attorney will make arrangements for him to turn himself in at an appointed time and place. A judge will set the bail based upon the judge's analysis of the charges and flight risk, which seem minimal.
In my opinion, any charges should not be brought against Jackson. Rather, any parents who allowed their son to be in or near Jackson deserve to be prosecuted for child endangerment. What parent in his/her right ming would ever have allowed their child to spend time with this known pervert?
