You know what gets me - the paramedics found her lying face down and unconscious. I know this has been discussed before but it's right there, confirmed in the police report. First time I've seen this anywhere, thanks.

First of all, why wouldn't Schiavo have turned her over immediately and tried to help her?

Also, as recently as his LKL interview, Schiavo stated that he did turn her over - I specifically remember him saying so when telling Larry about the night she collapsed.

Why lie 13 years later?

I know....that may have been the "initial" reason why they responded....but she wasn't dead (no homicide). Also, they stayed at the hospital to ensure that there was no "mid-line shift" of the brain...which there wasn't. They decided that "there's nothing happening here, move along."

So I held her in my arms, and I'm trying to shake her up. I ran over, I called 911. Her brother happened to live in the same complex as we did. I called him. I went back to Terri. And from there, six, seven minutes later, the paramedics...

NO, NO, NO....the sentences were all out of order. Here's how the story really goes:

I shook the daylights out of her; I crushed her in my arms and rolled her over, hoping she'd be lifeless. But it almost seems like she had this last breath so I went back to Terri and rammed her face into the carpet.

Her brother happened to live in the same complex as we did. His parents called him and told him to run over, but he called 911 first. And from there, six, seven minutes later, the paramedics...

There, much more accurate, I believe.

Maybe he feels he won't be held accountable. Either that or he is a pathological lier.

That would not indicate any type of skull fracture-however. If she were pretending to be asleep, as she told her friend was her plan, MS might have been yelling at her to wake up, and used a blunt object to whack the back of her head hard enough to cause a fracture, hard enough to cause a concusion (brain swelling) and that could have caused her to be very unstable. He could have yanked her out of the bed, continued the brutality, ie the sitting upon her upper back, restricting oxygen flow, and her already damaged brain would have suffered further trauma. Dunno, but I truly believe he was out of control that night, and if I were the Schindlers, I WOULD BE DEMANDING TO KNOW THE PRESCRIPTION MEDS HE WAS ON....the writer in Nicomarlo's post, spoke of the prescription medications, two for Terri, the rest, 3+++ for MS.

Perhaps THIS information is what MS so badly wants SEALED from the Schindler's.

And was MS tested for alcohol or drugs that night? I mean, he WAS the only person there...and the writer DID SUSPECT something was amiss, which is why the police were called.

My post re: delay in reporting was directed to the thread as opposed to you specifically. I know you're up to speed on things pretty much. Terri was fine yesterday. The Schindlers were there in the afternoon and evening last night. We had two dogs and a chicken in addition to approximately 30 Vigilers coming and going yesterday.

Just my personal view that if there was an attack that night, it was launched from behind. If Terri was surprised that way, I'd think it would be a defensive move for her to reach for her own throat.

Agostino's used to be a kind of swank place on the outskirts of Clearwater in the Feather Sound area, which is on the main drag to Tampa. It was open back in 1990. McDonalds and Agostino's are not in the same league - I noticed that MS didn't state specifically what restaurant he was working at that night but that he worked late and heard a THUD at home at about 4 in the morning. He knew the thud was Terri.

Bobby lived in the same complex as Terri.

Do you know how many strippers are hot dog girls by day in the Tampa Bay area? He probably picked up his cart and hot dogs and ran into strippers each and every day, especially in that time frame - when t-backs weren't against the law.

Chris Reeves probably has a living will and a loving wife. And, he hasn't met GEORGE FELOS. Meeting Felos is the kiss of death. He must be stopped. For other states, we'll do Felos alerts if he gets kicked out of Florida. He's in the same class as child molesters.

We're going to try this announcement again once more with feeling: This coming FRIDAY, I was informed that the Schindlers are doing something on Oprah again and also that they will be on Larry King Live at 9:00 pm est. If it doesn't happen, nobody kill the messenger. There were scheduling conflicts the other two tries for LKL. I believe this coming Friday is a go. Please tell your friends.

If it's Tom Jones again instead, "it's not unusual" (part of one of his songs).

Sounds to me that Terri was trying to pry Michael's hands off of her throat before she passed out. Then her hands stayed that way before help arrived. I think that does show a defensive move on her part. MS was up the creek at that point imo.

Can you find out ? if MS was a drinker,did drugs,or smokes ? It's important to know these things.

I found it impossible after looking in about 6 differnt craft and fabric stoes to find green plaid so I am just going with green.Green to resemble life as was the purpose

Well you're definitely right about the male bashing. I don't truly believe that the women's rights movement really cares about "women's rights" because if they did they wouldn't be so anxious to murder all the 'little women' that are in the womb.

Too bad we couldn't get a pro bono from Gloria Alred..Terri is definately a victim. I think it was on H&C a few weeks ago Gloria was visibly shaken at the thought of removing Terri's tube. If somebody like her would come forward to help us we could get all the media expose just like Scott and Laci and now MJ. Might as well forget the NOW all they want is freedom to kill babies.
