"WRITER SECURED THE APARTMENT AND BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THE HOSPITAL. WRITER SPOKE WITH THERESA’ S HUSBAND (MICHAEL) WHO STATED HE WAS AWAKENED THIS MORNING WHEN HE HEARD A THUD. HE THOUGHT HIS WIFE HAD FALLEN DOWN AND GOT UP TO CHECK ON HER. HE FOUND HER UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR AND CALLED PARAMEDICS."

According to the police report he got when he heard the thud.

He lied about holding her in his arms too:

UPON ARRIVAL, WRITER SPOKE WITH FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC J. RADJESKI. HE STATED HE RESPONDED TO THE ADDRESS FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THEY FOUND A SUBJECT IN QUESTION (THERESA) LYING FACE DOWN AND UNCONSCIOUS HALFWAY IN AND HALFWAY OUT OF A BATHROOM. SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO HUMANA NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL BY SUNSTAR MEDIC ONE AMBULANCE #328 (J. CAMPBELL AND J EISENBRANDT). SHE WAS FOUND WITH HER HEAD FACING EAST OUT INTO A HALLWAY AND HER FEET AND LEGS POINTING WEST ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HE STATED SHE SHOWED NO OUTWARD SIGNS OF VIOLENCE. THE POLICE WERE CALLED BECAUSE OF HER AGE AND BECAUSE THE SITUATION SEEMED UNUSUAL.

**** This investigation waS originally conducted by myself and then-probationary officer Rodney Tower. The date of the investigation was February 25, 1990. The report was typed and uploaded into the Police Information computer system by me at the end of that shift. The report was transferred to microfilm some time ago and is no longer stored in P.I.

Similarly, no entry exists in the P.I. system that this report was ever
generated or uploaded. The quality of the microfilm onto which the report was
transferred has degenerated; the report can be read on the microfilm screen but it is largely unreadable in printed form. Due to the circumstances of
this case, I have reproduced the report in its entirety so the record can be
preserved. This new entry is absolutely accurate as to the content of the
narrative, which could be easily read on the microfilm screen. The captions
are also easily readable on the microfilm screen and they, too, were
reproduced accurately as to content. Only small. technical aspects of the
captions are different because the report writing format has changed since
1990. The date and times listed in the first and last captions reflect the
date and times recorded during the original investigation, not the date and
times this report was reproduced, which was Wednesday, October 22, 2003.
Below is the narrative as it was written on February 25, 1990 ****

WRITER RESPONDED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS IN REFERENCE TO PARAMEDICS NEEDING ASSISTANCE ON A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

UPON ARRIVAL, WRITER SPOKE WITH FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC J. RADJESKI. HE STATED HE RESPONDED TO THE ADDRESS FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THEY FOUND A SUBJECT IN QUESTION (THERESA) LYING FACE DOWN AND UNCONSCIOUS HALFWAY IN AND HALFWAY OUT OF A BATHROOM. WRITER FOUND NOTHING UNUSUAL INSIDE THE APARTMENT. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF A STRUGGLE OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD INDICATE A CRIME HAD BEEN COMMITTED. VARIOUS BOTTLES OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION WERE PRESENT IN THE KITCHEN; HOWEVER, ONLY TWO WERE PRESCRIBED TO THERESA.

WRITER SECURED THE APARTMENT AND BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THE HOSPITAL. WRITER SPOKE WITH THERESA’ S HUSBAND (MICHAEL) WHO STATED HE WAS AWAKENED THIS MORNING WHEN HE HEARD A THUD. HE THOUGHT HIS WIFE HAD FALLEN DOWN AND GOT UP TO CHECK ON HER. HE FOUND HER UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR AND CALLED PARAMEDICS.

MICHAEL STATED HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THERESA. THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS AT HOME WHICH WOULD LEAD TO HER WANTING TO TRY SUICIDE AND THEY HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY. SHE IS ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN ITEMS BUT KNOWS WHAT NOT TO INGEST. SHE DOESN'T HAVE A HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE. SHE HAS HAD RECENT "FEMALE" PROBLEMS AND IS SEEING HER GYNECOLOGIST ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE HAS BEEN TIRED LATELY AND NOT FEELING WELL.

WHEN WRITER OBSERVED THERESA SHE WAS STILL UNCONSCIOUS AND ON A RESPIRATOR. MEDICAL PERSONNEL ADVISED THAT SHE WAS UNRESPONSIVE UPON ARRIVAL. A DRUG SCREEN REVEALED NO AMOUNTS OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS PRESENT IN HER SYSTEM AND HER BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL MEASURED AT "LESS THAN 10", WHICH A NURSE DESCRIBED AS BEING THE BOTTOM OF THE SCALE. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION BY WRITER ALSO REVEALED

NO SIGNS OF TRAUMA TO HER HEAD OR FACE.
WRITER REMAINED AT THE HOSPITAL FOR THE OUTCOME OP THE CAT SCAN. THE SCAN
REVEALED NO -MID-LINE SHIFT" OF THE BRAIN WHICH WOULD INDICATE AN OBVIOUS ABNORMALITY. ADDITIONAL TESTING IS NECESSARY TO DETECT A POSSIBLE ANEURYSM OR PULMONONARY EMB0LISM.

WRITER GAVE MICHAEL A BUSINESS CARD WITH THE OFFENSE NUMBER. HE WAS TOLD THAT WRITER WOULD CALL FOR AN UPDATE OF HER CONDITION AND NO FURTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN.

I just read that Scott Peterson is to be arraigned on Terri's birthday (Dec. 3rd).

OH HOW dissapointing!!!..I read this sentence and my first reaction is " they are ARRAIGING MS??????" YEAH>.......then realized I read it wrong...SP...:-((( wishful thinking I guess..

Well we need to make a LOT OF NOISE about Terri's Birthday!!!

You'll find from the evidence past medical bills and lost earnings are in the neighborhood of $500,000, and to care for her in the future and compensate her for lost earnings, obviously, she cannot work. And if she lives a normal life expectancy, fifty-one years, and the cost of that, depending on whether or not in an institution or Mike takes her home is between 12 and 16 million dollars. They say, well, she doesn't have a normal life expectancy. You'll hear if she receives proper treatment, there's no reason why she shouldn't. And she is not just a head on a pillow. She can't respond much but she can respond, and she does respond a little bit, not much. But enough to give him hope.

Is it common procedure to totally wipe out the records in the Police Information computer system once it is transfered to microfilm??? Or is this another attempt at cover-up?

According to a reliable police source within the State of New York....this does not rise to the level of a cover-up because the report is not evidence. There is no criminal case. What is/has been going on is a civil matter. There would be no reason for the police to store anything (originals) unless it is evidence. And the whole purpose of transferring between the PI and microfilm, etc., is to get rid of paperwork that they don't need to store. That's just his opinion.
