A search warrant has been executed at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch.

It is being reported that this warrant has something to do with Jackson's relationships with children.

The news says the 12 year old boy told a therapist things that the therapist was obligated to report to police. Interesting.

News says the boy was seen with jackson,,they know who he is but don't wanta reveal. They admitted the kid was seen with jackson and seemed to think that would reveal his identiy. Complaint was months ago.

Michael Jackson's Ranch Is Raided in Criminal Inquiry


This is based on a warrant out of superior court and is part of an ongoing criminal investigation," Tim Gracey, a senior deputy sheriff for the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department, said.. He declined to provide additional information.

Cmdr. Bill Byrne, a spokesman for the sheriff's department, which provided most of the personnel for the raid, said the department and the district attorney, Tom Sneddon, would hold a news conference on Wednesday in Santa Barbara, 25 miles south of here, to discuss the case. Until then, no further details will be forthcoming, Mr. Byrne said.

Mr. Jackson released a statement to The Associated Press saying: `I've seen lawyers who don't represent me and spokespeople who do not know me speaking for me. These characters always seem to surface with dreadful allegations just as another project, an album, a video is being released."

I don't necessarily think that is a "radical left-wing" thing, 2Jedismom. Haven't you ever done something that you knew was right and yet it still hurt or annoyed someone else? I know I have and I was genuinely sorry the person was bothered, but it was something I had to do.

We must always worry about that; but I know of a case where a mother did things to her boy....it's very sick.

Yes. I have. And I believe I could say "Hey, I am sorry I hurt your feelings" in some cases. But I think saying "I'm sorry your feelings are hurt" is an empty apology. It's not apology at all.

There is a difference.

"I did this...and it hurt your feelings...I'm sorry your feelings are hurt, but I'm not sorry I hurt them and I'm not sorry I did this" is different from "I did this and it hurt your feelings...I'm sorry I hurt your feelings, but not sorry I did this."

There's nothing wrong with saying you're sorry a person's feelings were hurt, or that they took what you said the wrong way, even if there was nothing inherently wrong with what you said.
It doesn't cost you anything to say you're sorry in this context. It isn't really an apology or admission of wrong-doing.

Jesse could say Michael's being attacked because he's not only black, but a single parent...and he's "shy," etc. What has Jesse got to lose? He's already incredible.
