Michael Jackson is proof that in America, a poor black boy can grow up to be a rich white woman.

My understanding is that he's taken substantial loans, using his music catalog (including all the Beatles' songs he owns...what a travesty) as collateral. Once he has to pay off his loans, his net worth will sink noticeably.

Per Court TV, the warrant is tied to allegations from a 12 year old boy. The producer on the scene says that 3 uniformed officers are inside the gate, along with several emergency vehicles and a chopper in the air.
Among the dozens of officers that are in the ranch is the District Attorney of Santa Barbara County, who was involved in the charges against Jackson 12 years ago. There is a caravan of county vehicles, a crime scene truck, evidence vehicle. a paddy wagon, and an ambulance. The helicopter is a law enforcement vehicle.
They are now bringing in a Porta-Potty.
The search warrants will be sealed since it involves a child. The last time this happened the police took photographic books of boys, letters, and videos.
Neverland Ranch is not just a home, it is a complex with a movie theatre, zoo, amusement park and building for video taping.
Dimond states that the investigation has been on-going for several months. This time they decided not to have a grand jury so work wouldn't leak out. Court TV knew in advance and are on the scene. Dimond has been following Jackson for over 10 years.

Court TV is saying it's about a 12 yr old boy Is this a new case or relating to the last one?
This is a new case.
Diane Dimond on CourtTV via phone now.
Apparently there is something almost iron clad in place.
No grand jury used. CourtTV cameras were outside the ranch (they had been tipped in advance), and will have tape on Catherine Crier's show later today.

The ambulance is for Michael, just in case he has a breakdown or something. Exactly. Except in his case, you wouldn't call it a breakdown, just a case of the "vapors".

We can assume that Paris HAS NOT been with Michael - that's not his style.

I don't understand that either. I would just assume a search warrent isn't issed on a person but on a place?? Can someone explain that? If for some reason I was issued a search warrent would it be for retrokitten or for my address??

they said they found billions of pages of data from that P.I.'s computer.... I expect all kinds of investigations in Hollyweird now.

They are now bringing in a Porta-Potty. Now that is passing strange, veering into bizarre.

Michael Jackson will never see a day in jail, just like OJ.

Sounds like a new case, according to what I'm hearing on FNC.

It was my understanding that McCartney already bought back all the Beatle's tunes.

Michael Jackson in jail....he'd survive ONE hour... And he'd enjoy every minute of it!

Now that is passing strange, veering into bizarre. But par for the course in the Michael Jackson universe.
