It is being reported that this warrant has something to do with Jackson's relationships with children.

Pellicano Taking His Secrets With Him to Federal Prison

Government officials accuse Pellicano of conducting illegal wiretaps, and suspect that some of the prominent lawyers and entertainment industry figures who hired him either authorized the surveillance or at least knew about it in advance. They would like Pellicano to cooperate with their investigation, but have had no luck.

If it was the only justice you were likely to get that wouldn't subject your child to getting on the witness stand to recount everything, you might. I think I would, if the ordeal promised to drag on for many expensive years. A lawsuit consumes you--body, soul, and pocketbook. Settling is one way to make the pain stop and get on with it, and that was probably true for both plaintiff and defendent.

Imagine having your child on the witness stand being badgered by the defense attorney, who is trying to discredit his allegations, his sanity, his ethics, and his own sexual history. He might even have made it look like it was all the kid's fault for seducing the accused.

I am a single parent for the most part. Do I put her in her own bed???? Most of the time no. The two year old DEFINETLY!

I'll leave it up to her own particular time in life when she doesn't think it's 'cool' to sleep with dad anymore. That's when I know my little girl is starting to grow up.

Every kid grows out of it.

Fact of the matter is, most of the time I'll just fall asleep on the couch after Seinfeld at 11pm.

I am interested too and I think everyone should be... I am concerned about the "Speculation TV" thing but I think that is simply the result of cable news...

These things have an upside and a downside...

I was wondering if there is a statement from the DA, the police, or MJ's attorney elaborating what this is about?

I am not sure I'd want to subject my child to cross-examination by the attorney for the defense. I've seen what they do to people who bring rape charges against prominent, wealthy citizens. They'd have that poor kid convinced that HE was the perv, not his molestor.

Do I regard my husband with suspicion? No, he is as decent a man who ever lived. When our little kids got iin bed with us when they were tiny it was perfectly fine. He has three daughters, adores them, rocked them to sleep, read to them in their beds and fell asleep while reading, got up at night and chased away ghosts, etc. Once they were a ceertain age thought I think he did not like them coming in our bedroom at night, must have been about age 5. I will tell you thought if another man, even a relative, even mentioned haviing them in his bed, my husband would have gone ballistic.

A Court TV reporter said a portable toilet was brought to the scene, indicating perhaps that law enforcement officers will be there “for quite some time.”

Well, at 19 i probably wouldn't do that. I was maybe 14-15 i guess. The 3 of us were terrified. 3 panicked women alone during the night with very very bad weather. No chance were any of us sleeping in a room alone. (just ask JYD how bad I get during a storm.. if you knew me you'd realize how nutty I get during a bad storm)

And if you think that's bad.. you should've seen where I slept when I was on a mission trip in honduras. 4 women in a king size bed for 9-10 nights. (roaches and crabs and lizards on the floor and no extra beds) I was maybe 16ish at the time, my best friend with us 15ish and the other two women were in their 30s.

Yesterday while my nails were drying I looked over at a "Latina" womans magazine. There was a headline on the cover about women not needing men in their lives anymore and breaking tradition and raising the kids by themselves.

Fact: it is an ongoing criminal investigation. Allegations by a 12-13 year old boy. Cope are all over the Neverland Ranch, along with the DA who is supervising and a bunch of investigators.

Further facts: Jackson and his 3 children are in Vegas, where he was making a music video. There is an ambulance on site at the Neverland Ranch. Cops have brought in port-a-johns (so I guess they expect to be there a while).

lol. He doesn't go out when in Vegas. Last I heard, they seal off the entire floor, where he stays. Lots of rumors float out from those places, some very nasty stuff.
