A search warrant has been executed at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch.

It is being reported that this warrant has something to do with Jackson's relationships with children.

Ok, after rereading my response to you I need to make an apology. I made a TYPO. I MEANT to say I don't think Jackson is a mortal threat to EVERY child who crosses his path, not ANY child who crosses his path. That's much different.

No I was not hypocritical. My daughter allows it. I would not have. But since I know I am harmless I would not willingly say I cannot sleep with your kids. Then she might think I was some kind of pervert. Plus the kids love to sleep with me and tell me stuff. I guess for convenience it happens but it would make me uncomfortable if a boy child of mine slept with a male relative or if a girl child of mine slept with a male relative.

It is odd. I don't think it's necessarily criminal. It is however something that "looks bad" and since molestation accusations can completey ruin a life, I don't see why it would be worth the risk to anybody. All it takes is one false accusation and you can lose everything, so why give someone an easy opportunity? I think you can prove that rape with penetration didn't occur, but anything less than that doesn't leave much physical evidence, so how could you prove you're innocent?

If Michael Jackson is innocent he's an incredibly foolish man for working so hard to make himself look guilty.

I have on occasion been desperate enough for sleep that I let my OWN children stay in my bed after nightmares or during storms--as old as age six. I don't much like it. NOBODY is as active in her sleep as a little kid!

Above age six, I don't think I could tolerate it. I understand the warm fuzzy family-sleep advocates say it's so good for family closeness, but it's not for me, not once they're old enough to be weaned. :shrug: Children are supposed to grow up and learn to handle real life, fear, anxiety, loud noises, etc, as adults do--not as babies forever.

Oh spare me, most pedophiles are male. The female pedophile while happening is rare. And I am from an all girl family as was my mother and grandmother. We are very very proper. But as to trusting a male outside my family, it takes alot and to trust them sleeping with a child of mine, never. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever read.

I sleep with my 7 year old all the time.

After rushing her off to school at 7:30, then not seeing her until 5:30pm, getting home at 6pm, making dinner, doing homework, bathtime, etc. etc. I finally get to spend a few quiet moments laying in bed with her, reading a Bible story, saying prayers and talking about her day.

It's wonderfull that she and he 2 year old brother fall asleep laying on my chest every night.

A warrant must describe the location to be searched and the material to be searched for. Unless you were the location (i.e. body cavity search, hair sample, etc.), the warrant would be for your address.
