FREE REPUBLIC NETWORK LAUNCHES WEB SITE ON SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE MEMO, CALLS FOR SENATOR ROCKEFELLER TO RESIGN
(Washington, DC) The Free Republic Network today announced the unveiling of www.intelmemo.com, a new web site that provides news, analysis and research material regarding the plans by partisan Democrats on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to use sensitive intelligence data for political attacks against the Bush Administration, as outlined in a recently revealed internal memo. The Network also called for the immediate resignation of the Committees Vice Chairman, Senator Jay Rockefeller. Executive Director Robert Hahn released the following statement:
The members of the Senate Intelligence Committee have access to our governments most sensitive secrets. The lives of Americas soldiers and intelligence agents depend on their using that knowledge responsibly. It is now clear that certain partisan members of this vital committee have conspired to misuse their positions, influence, and access to classified information to undermine President Bush during the 2004 campaign season.
The leaked memo describes a phony independent investigation designed to let the Democrats dig through classified material information that should be used to improve our national security to support and publicize their political agenda. We agree with Senator Zell Miller that this abuse must not be tolerated, ignored, or excused, and that heads should roll.
Therefore, I ask every American citizen to join me in calling for the immediate resignation of Jay Rockefeller from the United States Senate. As ranking Democratic member of the Intelligence Committee, Senator Rockefeller is responsible for the acts of his subordinates. We cannot permit America's national security to be damaged by partisan political warfare.
The complete contents of the memo, press articles, transcripts from the Congressional Record and other information can be found at www.intelmemo.com.
The Free Republic Network is a 501(c)(4) public service corporation whose mission is to organize, train and support conservative activists nationwide. It provides information and organizational services to more than 50 regional and issue-based chapters around the country, and serves as the activism arm of the Free Republic Forum.

I did LNM! Your near and dear FRN making a difference (hopefully) again!
The corruption of the Democrats, and their media lackeys, embodied in the design and coverup of this memo is the worst treachery yet.
To: Chad Fairbanks
They sure did. I can't wait to really explore it. Too late now, I haven't been around all day, darn it!

I had originally suspected that this might have been a trojan horse planned by the rats in a desperate attempt to draw attention to a non-scandal. But combined with the new memo leak, the one linking bin Laden with Saddam, it doesn't matter if it was a trojan horse or not-- the one-two combination is devastating, as Hannity pointed out yesterday.
At the same time, George Tenet's foul odor is rising up. Political appointee of Clinton, and able to weild enough power that even GW doesn't want to mess with him, the CIA director is trying to intimidate Hannity with the power of the CIA behind him. This isn't even under the CIA jurisdiction. Should we be demanding Tenet's resignation as well? Just a thought.

WOW! We're back live again! Thanks Jim.
As to how many times that guy at DU voted, I guess it would depend on how many disguises he can come up with. I bet he dresses in drag so that he can have a couple of extra personalities!
Oops, ummmm, hmmmmm, I do feel like Meooooooooowing to day for some reason!

MD FREEPER ACTION PINGS ))))))) FYI, Members of the Senate Intelligence Committee and when they are up for re-election. Note the relevance of the first three. IMHO, blowhard Mikulski is the most vulnerable here:
Evan Bayh, Indiana - 2004
Barbara A. Mikulski, Maryland - 2004
Ron Wyden, Oregon - 2004
John Edwards, North Carolina - 2004 (retiring)
Christopher S. Bond, Missouri - 2004
Dianne Feinstein, California - 2006
Orrin G. Hatch, Utah - 2006
Mike Dewine, Ohio - 2006
Trent Lott, Mississippi - 2006
Olympia J. Snowe, Maine - 2006
Richard J. Durbin, Illinois - 2008
Pat Roberts, Kansas - Chairman - 2008
John D. Rockefeller IV, West Virginia - Vice Chairman - 2008
Chuck Hagel, Nebraska - 2008
Saxby Chambliss, Georgia - 2008
John W. Warner, Virginia - 2008
Carl Levin, Michigan - 2008

Unfortunately, she is not vulnerable. Not in this state.
She is "wildly popular." BARF!
